Excellent customer service and communications. From the moment we ordered someone got in touch and updated us to the process with clear advice. We received different items from a range of suppliers and each contacted us days before delivery to arrange times. Received emails and text messages along the way, plus a couple of phone calls from drivers to say they were near arriving. All items received well within one week. Our plumber came round to check items and so far everything seems present and correct (though wont know for sure until fitted). In terms of customer service though, top notch. Happy customers
Very poor customer service and the quality of products. They charge 30% for returned items and do not help resolve an issue when the product is damaged (leakage of a bath screen). I would better to go another retailer

Avoid at all costs, deliver damaged goods, wrong delivery times, incorrect info several times, when complained to them, took ages to get an answer, re delivered at random, more damaged stuff arrived, wouldn't pick up the damaged items,when they did it was on another random day even then the driver was told to pick up the wrong stuff.we complained again this time referred to Manager to deal with but hasn't bothered even trying to get in touch.If I could give minus 10 score I would.Caused chaos with our project and didn't want to rectify anything, do yourself a favour use another supplier if you value honesty and efficiency. Will be going to trade publications to warn future buyers to avoid.
I previously used Plumbing World when I refurbed our bathroom and I recived excellent service from Abbie to the point i promised I would return when i did our ensuite. I found out Abbie had left but Lauren was very prompt with her responses to my queries. Unfortunately she whilst she was on leave her colleagues could not provide a quotation despite me ringing everyday and having to resend my email and getting the same promise that i would receive a quote by the end of the day. I waited till Lauren's return and in usual prompt and efficient manner was very apologetic about my poor service and provided me with terms on the same day of her return. I paid and Lauren provided brilliant follow up service throughout the delivery process. I also love the delivery by your own staff as couriers always end up breaking the good. Lauren would have and should have received a 5 Star service experience but this was down graded purely due to the very poor service of her colleagues.
In my honest opinion and experience with Plumbing world the service was great, but it really did matter who was on the other end of the phone. I luckily had the experience of dealing with Lauren as my first port of call. When I did have an issue, other colleagues were not as helpful to find a solution to the problem. Lauren took her time to help and we came up with a solution that was good with a tight deadline. Would I use this company again...yes.

I required this pear gloss grey vanity unit urgently. My local bathroom shop was charging a £100 more for the exact item. Not only did Plumbing World charge me a lot less but I ordered on Monday and got the unit next day delivers at 9am in West London. The driver was really nice and helpful lots. I would buy again from Plumbing World as the customer service helpline were great and very helpful. Try them for sure.
I used Plumbing World for the first time recently to purchase new fittings and furniture for a new bathroom. I called and emailed a few times to check the parts I was ordering and to check delivery information. Everyone I spoke or engaged with via email was extremely helpful and professional. The service has continued to be fantastic with helpful email reminders and text messages regarding the delivery time. Their service really has made the purchase as easy as possible, I would use again and recommend.
Needed an odd shaped shower screen. When requested customer service ferreted out a document with all the dimensions. Perfect 👏. Coupled with a prompt and delicate delivery and the screen looking great I am more than pleased. Well done.

We paid for next day delivery and delivery was delayed. We then were supplied with a faulty radiator and have had to chase repeatedly to get it collected and refunded.
We have used Plumbing World on several occasions over the past couple of years. They have been very competitive price wise and the customer service has been outstanding. I am always a little wary when dealing with online companies that if something goes wrong the support and customer loyalty won’t be there. This is not the case with Plumbing World. We had a small issue recently that was caused by a manufacturing defect, Jessica at Plumbing World supported us despite the manufacturer being uncooperative and she made sure the product was replaced immediately. We will definitely be using them again!
Beware of the returns policy - dubious deductions for return, not signalled on ordering.. The goods were well-priced, arrived safely and promptly and were as ordered. I had ordered a shower valve and a shower head kit to replace my now faulty installation. I had been advised before ordering that if my installation was more than 9 years old (it was 25 years old), the existing head attachment would not fit the new valve. In fact, the fitting was identical and I did not need the new head fitting. I therefore asked to arrange a return. I was informed that this could be done, but there was a 25% charge from the (third party) manufacturer/distributor to whom it would be returned. I questioned this, as I believe this is contrary to UK law. When I did, I was told this was an admin charge. Did I wish to proceed with the return? I do not think it is legal to make an admin charge for return of goods bought online and, in any case it is hard to see how this can be a percentage of the cost of the goods, rather than a fixed sum (particularly the stated requirement to check the goods - since the box was unopened. Rather than lose all of the £240+ the riser had cost, I felt compelled to agree to the terms. The courier arrived as arranged and the return was effected. However, it did take some weeks before the 75% was credited.
The shower cubicle was brilliant and fit first time.It was much cheaper than all the other places. I had found the same cubicle on other sites £100s more delivery was good as well
Disgusting customer service and disgraceful company to buy from. Bought a shower online for almost £400 realised when arrived shower wasn’t suitable due to size.Opened the outer box neatly none of the parts inside were touched or opened just the cardboard box it came in which can I add was opened neatly with no rips etc. But now refused a refund for a product we haven’t used or touched!! Answer me if the box was damaged in transit would you refuse a refund to a customer then? Nothing but money grabbers!! Would not recommend this company at all
I had a problem with a towel rail I bought several years ago. Plumbing World contacted the manufacturer and arranged for me to receive a replacement under warranty. They had to contact the manufacturer several times and persevered, chasing several times. I found them very easy to deal with and received excellent customer service and will certainly be a returning customer whenever I need anything. Very well done.
