I ordered a shower tray. Put my address in the delivery to check on how much it would cost and was quoted a price. Ordered and paid for the shower tray for an email to be issued saying that they dont deliver to my area due to damage that could be caused to the tray. I am still waiting on the refund being issued and an unhelpful customer service team
I recently ordered a shower return screen. Twice I was told it had been ordered for collection but I was still receiving a message to ask me if I still wanted to order the item?? Very frustrated just glad it wasn’t a Bathroom suite.
Placed order for 2 bathrooms over phone, had a few issues with out of stock items and delivery, but customer service were quick to resolve.
Ordering was easy as expected but on delivery of items some were damaged and one item not sent. I contacted Plumbing World by email and they were very understanding and gave me some options to consider with regards to the damaged items. The missing item was dispatched immediately and arrived by courier. In my mind this is exactly how customers should be treated and Plumbing World have set a very high standard in customer care and after sales treatment- thank you.
Excellent service and delivery if in stock. After being messed around by another firm, plumbing world came to the rescue with quick service, even when the goods were damaged, they arranged replacement without problem. Will use them again without question.

Opened ny new Reina towel rail bought some months earlier only to find some small parts missing from the mounting brackets. Reported to Plumbing World who passed on the details to Reina who refused to help because of the time lapsed. Plumbing World then stepped up and ordered a new mounting bracket at their own expense which I have now received. Full marks to Plumbing World and null points to Reina.
I ordered a shower enclosure and seat, having the bath removed as, my wife and me had difficulty extracting ourselves after showering. The data online showed in stock and 4-7 days delay. The plumber had agreed data to fit the everything in place, We then received a call to say the inothing would be available for another month or longer. The sales staff, Tanyka and her other colleagues were always friendly and helpful in collating the details of the order and reconfirmed again rthat everything was in stock. It is a pity that because the information online was plain incorrect and being told by the sales staff, that it would be best for me to reorder different items They rechecked my new order to show some stock delivery would be difficult . Finally success for both me, the customer and for the sales force that the new reorder was ok. Everything arrived as planned with the delivery driver taking there items, all well wrapped over the threshold for me (I am 81years of age) So a big thank you once again to the driver and the the sales staff for being on the ball. I would have given 5stars if the stock information had been correct
Ordered a 2000mm x 600 radiator from them I received an email saying 3 to 5 working days from there supplier but never heard a thing ...rang last week and was told they couldn't deliver until the 5 or 6th of January. It annoys me when people don't let you know what's going on it may not be plumbing worlds problem but there should be communication between the 2 to let the customer know whats going on. I asked for a refund but yet have to receive it.
Quoted 5-7 day delivery but 12 days later said would be another 7 days even though showed as I stock.
Still waiting on a response to a cancellation / refund etc

Excellent customer service
Very easy to order from. Had a slight issue with the wrong shower panels being delivered. But customer service was very good and sorted this within a few days. Only reason it’s not a five star review is due to that mishap. But was sorted very quickly and staff were friendly!

Unfortunately we received two broken granite sinks from you that were ordered in succession. The packaging around the sinks and in the box was minimal and we were very disappointed generally, as we have been without a working sink for a number of weeks as a result.
