Customer service dreadful. Purchased wrong item. Customer services said I had to return at own expense - no problem but the lady went on to say there would be a 20% re-stocking charge!! PROBLEM!!
Good service, well priced. My only issue is they used Hermes as the courier who are totally unreliable. That said, when the trap I ordered hadn't arrived in the time scale I contacted customer service and they arranged a replacement on next day delivery, which duly arrived. You can't fault that.

Purchased a bathroom suite online. Arrived to find it wasn't complete. Called company and told doesn't come with suite and it clearly says at bottom. (Rudely told). Even my Plumber read as it comes with it. Wouldn't use again.
It was a rollercoaster experience. Ordered a shower tray, door, mixer and head. First two items delivered fine, but a riser kit was with the order but not the valve or fixed head. Some back and forth and asked to not send the correct items as we had bought locally as our builder was waiting on them to finish. The mixer valve then got delivered (still no fixed head). Got the riser kit and valve returned ok, got the refund, alls well in the end. This happened in July 2022.
Ordered and paid for an item only to be informed later it was out of stock and had been for a white, website did not reflect this. Somewhat inconvenient.
Very good Customer Experience from start to finish. Great advice and products including Waterproof Bathroom Vanity Units which I hadn't seen elsewhere. Everyone I dealt with were lovely and nothing was too much effort.
I needed to purchase replacement 100mm Selkirk flue pipes and struggled till I contacted plumbing world. They had the bends, adjustable and the straight lengths I needed at an excellent price. I did order one wrong part and phoned in 30 minutes after placing order and the lady in customer service /sales was excellent and changed my order without any hassle. I was sent an MSM message confirming changes as soon as it was arranged. I was told that it was a normal 3 to 5 days delivery but as I was in Scotland it may be a day or so later and this was acceptable. I placed my order on Thursday lunchtime and it was delivered by the manufacturer 24 hours later on the Friday. Excellent service and support.
Perfect. All goods delivered when they said and driver Robert was very nice and courteous and great communications the day before and on the day sticking tightly to timescales. I am yet to open all the boxes but from what I can see, the quality is good. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.
Good range of products, but no tracking number, and on my second order, no sign of my purchased goods, 2 weeks after I was informed that hermes was to deliver in 1 - 2 days.

I ordered a radiator which was dispatched & delivered quickly but the photograph on the website is deceptive & only height & width measurements quoted. The radiator was too deep so couldn’t be used & then the nightmare started - I wanted to send it back. Firstly a form & pictures, lots of phone calls & over a week later it was finally collected but I’m paying 25% of the order value & a handling charge of £15.00 to return it on top of the £35.00 I spent getting it delivered - a very costly mistake!! I will be complaining.
Good choice at a decent price. Delivered when promised. One item was damaged in transit but was swapped the very next day which was fantastic service. Helpful and polite on the phone. No problems at all and i would recommend to anyone.
Good service and price for a Vogue 1200 x 500mm towel rail radiator. Fixing not as shown in the Vogue picture (it's fixed on the verticals) but not a big problem
I needed a part to fix the toilet and have absolutely no knowledge on this subject. The website was easy to use and with the information on the broken part I was able to order what I needed. Delivery was efficient.
Awful. Ordered 5th August. 10 days later nothing. Chased up on 15th. Sorry, wasn’t collected. So why didn’t you rebook it eh? Promised next day delivery. 4 days later chased it. “It’s on its way” sorry. One week on nothing. Once i can put down to error outside your control. Twice starts to look like a systematic issue. Three times is just incompetent. And you have the ordacity to send we three survey requests. One will do. Here it is.
Ordered a part in February, never arrived , got refund in July. Why advertise a part if you haven't got it to sell?
Although my order couldn't be fulfilled this was due to manufacturer issues not plumbing world, my experience was exceptional. Communicated with in a timely manner and refund processed. No hassle and stress free. I will definitely buy from here again.
