You don’t have what we ordered in stock despite the website saying you did. Accepted the order and then tell us you have no idea when or if it might come back in stock

Rip off merchants, both in product and price. Ordered 15m of water tubing for £50, got sent 3.5m. Phone call and 2 emails, no result. Just ordered the same, elsewhere for under £10.

Fast delivery. The panels light and easy to cut. Customer loves it.

Adhesive didn’t arrive after 4 weeks, no confirmation of refund yet. Trims weren’t delivered (admittedly I didn’t open immediately, 3/4 weeks later) but i was told ‘the supplier says you wont be able to fit them now’. After 2 further emails still no confirmation on whether i’ll get them resent or a refund. Good products, just not great after service IMO.

Two orders could not be filled but took a week to inform of this and had asked for express delivery! Polite in informing me of problems but put my renovation behind by two weeks and had to go with a different company to get order in time. Won’t use again as completely unreliable.

The four stars are really for the customer services representative, Amy, who was helpful throughout. Ordered several items for a new bathroom (all of which were in stock according to the website) on 16/01/23 and paid for express delivery, but delivery actually took place on 02/02/23. Address is in the West Highlands, near Fort William, but only 2 hours from Glasgow. Order went missing for about 36 hours until I chased. Turns out 'in stock' appears to mean in stock at the suppliers not at Plumbing World. One item was discontinued and therefore not in stock at the suppliers, so had to choose an alternative. Because of the delivery postcode, the suppliers would not send the items directly, only to Plumbing World so they could be palleted together for delivery. Due to further delay and our refurbishment timetable, the shower tray was removed from the order, re-ordered at a higher cost from a different outlet in Glasgow and we drove down to collect it, adding further to our costs, but cheaper than paying yet another delivery charge.

The website is very easy to use, the prices were the best I could find locally. I was able to collect the items in a couple of days. The staff were really nice and helped me put everything in my car. Great service.

Very pleased with our shower screen great value for money and excellent delivery

I ordered and paid for three items but the main item had been discontinued so I cancelled the order entirely as I wasn’t offered an alternative I liked. The refund process was slow but customer service were very nice, hence the score.

The communication and customer service I received fromPlumbing World, and in particular Amy, was excellent. Amy couldn’t do enough to help and to keep me informed throughout the order process. Delivery was on time and there were no issues at all.

Occasionally things do not go to plan, Very pleased with the service and communication from Plumbing World. Their prices are very competitive, bought a large shower tray, shower screen, thermostatic mixer shower/handset and some basin taps, delighted with all 4 purchases. Glitch resolved and items all delivered within days, happy to recommend.

Great site easy to use, prices a little high, Although the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, was that in comparison to similar sites the delivery costs were exorbitant. Now we wait and see how quick the delivery comes.

Purchased a few items from plumbing world for a new kitchen all was ok then had a problem with our hot tap, spoke to the staff, and Jessica who was very helpful in looking to change the tap and supply another one, Jessica looked after the situation through out and we now have another tap working in our kitchen, i would definitely use plumbing world again as not only for the compertative prices and sales but for how i was looked after. great work.

Excellent service - Hollie was so helpful generally but particularly in making sure that the radiator I ordered was delivered as soon as possible. The price was really competitive and it arrived the day after I ordered it. Would definitely use them again.

Very good communication and fair pricing

I ordered radiators that said they were is stock. They took the money then informed me they weren’t in stock and refunded it. Then they kept emailing me for feedback without having an unsubscribe link on the email; so here the feedback

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Excellent service, especially from Megan Jones, who went above and beyond to source a product for me. Great communication throughout the process and fast delivery. First class service from start to finish.

The service was great from start to finish. From the website for ordering order, to being kept up to date with the delivery (the delivery guy was fab). The cost is so much cheaper than any store. Worth going to see what you like in any bathroom store and then ordering from here. You won't be disappointed
