Should reply to emails. Very responsive taking and delivering the order. Van driver realised the glass door was shattered as he unloaded it. Replacement sent at a date that was convenient. When it came to fitting, I discovered that one of the four panels was longer than the rest. This was a problem because the bath already had recesses for the original shower-screen. I emailed twice asking whether the hinges were glued or not, but received no reply. Eventually realised that I should have ordered a left-hand unit and fitted it upside down, so that the bottom (original top) was all the same height above the bath. I undid all the hinges holding the panels, turned the first one upside down, and reversed the others so that the water-repellent side faced the shower.
Good communication on placing order, and on organising delivery. Promp response with replacement part needed when fitting. Would definitely recommend.
Plumbing Word are good, but had to cancel my order as for the 4th time in 2 months (not all with Plumbing World) DPD the delivery people claimed that they tried 3 times each delivery to deliver the goods when there was someone in all the time. Complete lies !!! Why are people using DPD !!!!
Ordered a shower enclosure from Plumbing World, had a prompt response giving delivery details, enclosure arrived on date stated very securely packaged on a pallet to help prevent damage. The only reason I did not give five stars was the delivery company could have given an estimated time of arrival earlier than ten minutes before the driver knocked on my door, I had spent all morning waiting around, minor issue.
Great customer support pre and post sale. Easy to contact via phone and answer your questions well. Dealt with a refund due ordering one too many of an item was well handled. Organising delivery was easy. Product ordered were good quality and good value for money. Items arrive on due delivery date but very wide delivery time frame on the day (8 hours via DHL)
I bought a Bathroom Wash Basin and matching Vanity Unit on-line from E-Bay. The items arrived quickly, but sadly the wash basin has sustained damage and was not fit for purpose. I took photos of the damaged basin and contacted Plumbing World by telephone. I spoke to a Customer Services Advisor (Alison) in Burnley, Lancashire. She was very professional and showed empathy. I sent Alison the photos of the damaged unit and she reassured me, that a replacement wash basin had been ordered and would be sent out to me later today. What more can I say ? Why can't other companies deliver such an excellent service ? 10/10 for dealing with this issue promptly, efficiently and with such integrity. An example to everyone, who seeks excellence and actually delivers. Excellent Service should not be used in every day conversation. However, in the case of Plumbing World, "excellent service" applies. So, praise when it's due and I'm very pleased and happy with a positive experience of Plumbing World. I ordered the shower tray and was told it was in stock. I was then called to be told there was an 11 week delay. The order was therefore cancelled. The refund was received 30/9/22.

Order very late, said it had been delivered in August which was a miracle as I didn't order til September, was being given my postage back but still waiting as it hadn't been processed as promised, new delivery date was 3 days of waiting in, piece missing so had to quickly go out and buy one for the fitter but plumbing world refused refund.
Very good experience both times I've used this company. Purchased an end strip and the incorrect item was sent to the company (no fault of their own), they quickly found a similar product and price matched it for me. Quick responses & Tanyka who isn't even in aftersales was very very helpful. Very happy.
Having ordered a new shower cubicle and associated bits, all was going well until my installer said the shower door won't fit. So got in touch with Plumbing world to arrange a return only to find I have to arrange and pay for a courier to return it. If I'd know that I'd have bought locally. Not Happy to say the least and won't be repeating my experience.

I ordered a shower tray which I suspected would be on a long lead time. I was contacted immediately and offered alternatives but stuck with my initial choice. I was emailed every week with an update and it arrived within the time frame initially specified with an email update from the delivery team on the day as well. Great customer service.
