Purchased sets of taps & all delivered on time. One tap had a leaking cartridge. The rest were absolutely fine. Contacted customer services and dealt with Jessica E. She arranged free replacement and kept in touch to ensure I was satisfied. I cannot fault Plumbing World's customer service which I think gives you confidence to buy from them again

Ordered taps that was in your website to then be advised they shouldn’t have been there you couldn’t supply, poor. Then advised you had taken them off the website but you hadn’t.

Very good prices. I had initially felt let down as the original item I ordered was showing as Low Stock when it was actually out of stock with the manufacturer. When switching order I had to chase the refund but the new item (that was in stock) arrived next day.

Delivery was great and the product was 90 percent perfect the only low score would be the cheap cistern. I have already ordered new internal parts from our local merchants. Otherwise fully satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent service from Plumbing world. I neeed a boiling water tap and they are so expensive but I came across this fabulous website and saved so much money. The two even comes with the kit you need for those type of tap and I found many retailers offer this as a separate item. I needed the tap really quickly and it was delivered in 2 days which was perfect

A real struggle to get my goods. They were late being delivered 5 days past the invoiced date and when it finally showed up it was damaged. The logistics chain they used “Tuffnells” were incredibly unhelpful and held the goods on a truck for 4 days which is why they were damaged.

Quick & straight forward purchase. However delivery request ignored. Arrived 4 weeks early - very prompt delivery! On - line chat & e mail requesting a date for delivery- which was actually on the delivery note, but ignored. No notice of delivery. Luckily some one was home. Bath looks lovely, not able to get out for full inspection . well packaged.

Ordered and paid for 3 large items for a bathroom refit only to find out two days later they couldn’t supply them and then stuck waiting over a week to be reimbursed. They need to ensure they have stock before taking payment especially when it’s large amounts.

Plumbing world prices were very competitive hovever due to poor returns process on faulty goods its not good value. The toilet i purchased has a hairline crack in the bowl. This has already resulted in my plumber having to come back several time to elinimate all other problems. In addition to photos I have just been asked to video the leak - seriously!? Any money i saved has gone. My bathroom is complete the only problem is i cant use the toilet for fear of damaging the new floor and ceiling below.

I have had a poor experience with Plumbing World, I ordered a fitted unit from them in early December and was told that the Sink/ worktop would arrive a month after after I had ordered the bathroom units. The units that were received some were damaged and it looked more like manufacture damage as the boxes were perfect I let Plumbing World know about this in the first few days of receiving. I was then told that there was another delay on the sink/ worktop near the date it was meant to be delivered which delayed it further. I eventually received the sink worktop to then find out that I was sent the wrong item which has been confirmed by Plumbing World they have been saying that they have been trying to contact Cavalier the manufacturer of the product however we are now in mid march without a resolution for the bathroom I cannot use since December and units that are damaged and I dont have a sink that I can use. I cant fault Plumbing World when calling and emailing them however they are selling a brand of product which is affecting their business and it is their responsibility to resolve the issue I am facing as I have purchased this through them. I have even asked for money back for the sink unit so I can order the sink/ worktop elsewhere that email has been ignored. Im still disappointed with the damaged units and want the matter resolving, with the products warranty I don't know how this would be usable if I have been waiting months for these issues without any resolution how is the warranty usable. From this review I expect some sort of outcome and resolution as this is unacceptable customer service for a product that is fundamental for a bathroom my wife is also due to have our baby next month and cannot live without a sink.

Found what I needed on the website which also gave details of additional items required to do the job. The shower cubicle was priced competitively and was easy to order online. The delivery was made by a member of their team who was very friendly and helpful.

The product (shower enclosure) was well described with all dimensions on the website and was competitively priced. They responded very quickly to questions that I posed them (by email) about the product and also the size of the package(s). I had a delivery date specified for six days later with the order confirmation. I then had several emails giving me a two hour time slot together with live tracking which gave me a delivery time. It arrived almost to the minute! Outstanding service!
