I ordered two towel rail radiators as suggested by the plumber. Plumbing World had a good price and speedy delivery and I was happy with that. Unfortunately, one didn't fit so I had to return it. The customer service department was helpful and kind enough to let me return one. It's a shame that Eastbrook (the radiator manufacturer) charges 20% handling fees which I think it's too much. I already paid for the handling fees when I bought the radiator and also shipment costs for both directions. I wish I got my refund 100%.

I have received the incorrect order. I called customer service and they were polite and told me to send a complaint back to rectify the mistake. I will let you know how it goes...

I am receiving repeated emails to review items I have not yet received, and the date of delivery that has been given for an item has now been pushed out. I personally feel that badgering customer's to give reviews on items not received, and then sending repeated emails is not the best service and a waste of time and effort. Disappointed the scheduled date has moved out for my item, but happy to wait to receive the product I ordered. I just hate the pressure to review every item purchased online, even those not received!
Poor customer service and when questioned the customer service staff put the phone down , I will never use again , very disappointed!
All arrived in time as expected except one of the towel rails had a dent in it that was covered up by the foam at one end and not therefore noticed before they were due to be fitted and so were fitted anyway.

Plumbing World did what they said they would. Sent product as I asked for, it was better quality than I expected. Only let down was the instructions could have been a bit clearer. I just put on a you tube video which was a big help. And delivery was a day late, but that was on DHL not Plumbing World. As DHL had picked it up for next day delivery, they just failed to do so. However, I can handle a day late. The product was well worth the money. Very pleased and so is my husband. Thank you Plumbing World.
