Awful experience Wouldn’t deliver item even though it was on the van Hollie dealt with query and was deliberately obstructive. Do not recommend Hanging up is polite and courteous? I think not, it is no surprise that I have this response, the whole company is a shambles I had to visit the store twice to obtain the item. Completely unprofessional and rude customer service. The items I ordered were delivered within 3 Business Days as promised. They came directly from the manufacturer and 1 of the items was the wrong model. I spoke to and emailed them and their customer service was polite and efficient. They relayed my complaint to the manufacturer promptly and the right item was delivered 2 days later. I am happy to buy from them again
The order took much longer than I expected order date 19th May Arrived 3rd June over 2 weeks. I could not order by credit card just pay pal and BACS, if I could order by credit card then it was not clear. This company would not be my first port of call.
We ordered our hot water cylinder on the Monday and it arrived early Thursday morning. The price was the best around by far. The second time we have used this company and are really impressed by the service.
Placed order for toilet and 2 other items paid extra for the 2 -4 day delivery then waited and waited email said driver would call about an hour before delivery however by the 4th day I contacted plumbing world who said that courier tried to deliver but no one home i had no call and i do not belive as i was in front garden all day on day stated also door camra did not show anyone making delivery other than postie advised plumbing world of this and that i wanted refund on the delivery as not made in time stated. Also asked for supplie & courier details but could or would not provide!!! Now week on still no delivery and i am out all day tomorrow for few days. Update Receided delivery wrong item delivered and incomplete After contacting plumbing world they admitted mistake and confirmed collection and refund that was 2 weeks ago still no refund!!!
I ordered 6mm pipe and 6mm adapter. Parcel arrived torn open, and adapter missing. Contacted plumbing world straight away, to be told that they would speak with courier. 1 week later and nothing. I've purchased elsewhere. Poor service. I'm really not interested in what the courier had to say. I just wanted the adapter. Won't use plumbing world again. With so many suppliers viing for business, id rather use tried and tested sites.

They were very flexible when I asked to change the delivery date. The shower was delivered in the time slot promised and the driver was extremely helpful.
Waited over 10 days for delivery then was told the item is ready for collection. It's preposterous to think that I was expected to travel 150mls to collect something with a value of £7.19. I, therefore, asked for a refund which has now been given.
Bought a shower enclosure. Website said in stock and it was ( unlike some other companies that give misinformation. Reasonable delivery charge and delivered as stated when purchase was made. Would recommend plumbing world and will use again
