Plum Benefits is amazing I have been purchasing theater tickets for more years then I can remember. The savings are incredible and the process is so easy. The selection of shows runs from old time favorites to new to Broadway shows. Can't wait to see Idina Menzel in Redwood.
Easy to shop for hotel but very unfair to spring an additional $56 fee after you pay for the deal. This needs to be up front. It may be small in part for the stay and would not change our decision but stinks in truth in advertising.
What a scam. I purchased tickets Jan. 2025 through this site for a musical and the 3rd party broker, changed my seats right before the show and had us sitting directly on top of a column. I contacted plumbenefits and they refused to take accountability. I even had the theater investigate what happened and they agreed the broker violated policy and that they were suspending them from selling tickets moving forward. Plumbenefits feel that because the seats were moved up it automatically equals an upgrade and that is false. Horrible customer service and they refuse to refund me for my original purchase. The company is attempting to spin the narrative with their reply, and they are lying. The seats in row E were completely different from row B seats we received. I would refrain from purchasing anything from a merchant that doesn't stand by the customer.
It fast easy convenient and they have my favorite movie theater. So I purchase my regal movie tkts on plum benefits for an awesome discounted price then I redeem them on my regal app to receive my points and and pick my seats without going to the theater until it’s time to view the movie! Thanks plum benefits for making this so convenient and cost worthy!

Terrible !!!!! I made a reservation on Monday I call the hotel the day before check in and they advise me there is no reservation listed for me. I called plumbenefits to confirm why the hotel is not showing any reservation for me all they could advise me is to use the confirmation number sent via email which I did . The hotel couldn’t find anything under that nor under my name! I will be filing a dispute with my bank I am not going to drive 4 hours to a resort that has no reservation listed for me !! Do not book ANYTHING through them!!!!
BEWARE! SCAM COMPANY! Their travel booking is a SCAM! I tried booked with them over the phone three times for a package deal and they transferred me to Priceline. I told the Priceline agent I would like to book w plumbenefits benefits and they had no idea what plumbenefits is and made it clear they ARE NOT associated with PLUMBENEFITS! So I booked online and they don’t tell you the true grand total. The GRAND TOTAL they show you on the website is COMPLETELY different than the real grand total. YOU DONT SEE THE GRAND TOTAL TILL YOUR CARD IS CHARGED! Imagine the price you thought you check out with is $14K but they charge your card $19K. SCAM!!! BEWARE! I tried asking for supervisor and apparently there’s no supervisor! update- They ask for me to reach out. but upon reaching out no one was able to assist. Every one of the reps kept on transferring me. Bunch of BULLSHIT!

It was super easy to book my tickets and i got the best deal on plum benefits and as a surprise, we got a special lowered price on checkout which was amazing.
I ordered broadway tickets on 11/19/24 for Back to the Future. The show was on Saturday, 12/14/24. I was supposed to get my tickets 48-72 hours before the show. I started calling and emailing 2 days before. Every time I called I was told they do not have an update. These tickets were for my husband's birthday. He's is currently going through chemo for non-Hodkins lymphoma. The day was supposed to be a fun day out for our family. I was on the phone with customer service the morning of the play for more than two hours. Waiting for a supervisor. No one could tell me if I had tickets. My family and I waited for a supervisor to let us know if we should go into NYC. Then one hour before the show they emailed them to me. It takes me two hours to get into NYC. I missed 75% of the show. My four tickets cost me $725 and I didn’t so much as get a sorry or a refund. I got NOTHING besides a headache. Never again will I use plumbenefits. After posting I received an e-mail that plumbenefits would give me a $50 voucher to use in the future. Seriously they should refund me 100% just for the aggravation and missing the show. What horrible customer service dept.
The movie tickets purchase for Cinemark when redeemed as a prepaid ticket are only crediting me a fraction of the cost of the ticket. That fraction is less than what I paid PlumbBenefits. So it actually is costing me substantially more to use the PlumbBenefits than if I had just bought my tickets directly with Cinemark. This is a farce.
They offered car rental from Right Car which spends more time telling you there are no refunds than helping to resolve an issue, a big ZERO in customer service. Plumb Benefits was not able to help me even though I rented the car through them. After almost 15 years of using Plumb Benefits, they hurt their loyal customer. I will be sure to tell all my nation wide co-workers that I am out $130 for a car rental and PB can't help me! Save your money, don't use PB or Right Car to rent a vehicle. Even the shuttle bus driver at the airport told me, "oh boy!" after I told her I was going to Right Car. Already went through your customer service..... they denied my appeal!!! Quoting the RC policy for late arrival. Not sure how you can call from flight or while waiting 40 minutes for their shuttle bus from the airport. Most rental companies will get you a car if you are late, guess you guys don't practice good customer service.

UPDATED!!! I am rejecting this response because: I sat on the phone for over an hour to explain what happened and allegedly was advised that a screen recording showed I went back and changed my flight to Sept 30th when I had a hotel reservation for the 29th, I asked for the video in which I was told it was going to be emailed because I also tried to recreate the trip and it’s almost impossible to select a different date when booking a package trip via plum benefits , I also NEVER RECEIVED THE ALLEGED SCREEN VIDEO and am 100 percent positive that plum benefits page did not refresh properly at the time of booking causing mixed match dates! This has cost more hundreds of dollars more than needed when this is supposed to be an employee based service to save money! It’s ridiculous and unacceptable !!! I booked a trip through plum benefits as package for a birthday trip. The package was for a trip to NyC from Sept 26th to the 29th. I purchased the package and find out afterward that the hotel is for Sept 29th and the flight is for Sept 30th? Why would I have different dates on a package especially for a flight date later than my check out time. there was clearly a glitch on plum benefits site which caused this issue and they blamed me for switching the date in my flight portion with no proof of this. So basically vacation ruined and out of money trying to figure out how to get home when a package was clearly booked to avoid issues and extra charges , and this is supposed to be a employee benefit site which doesn’t benefit the employee at all it’s a bogus website which I will never use again!
It was easy and I checked to make sure I was getting the best price and car I want and got a very good deal. They let you know the whole price upfront.

I wish I could rate Plum Benefits a zero. The company stole $980 fro me. Do not use this company. It’s impossible to get a manager on the phone. They have random people working for them that lie to you and don’t help you. The hotel I booked through plum benefits gave me a refund. I then provided written documentation to plum benefits that my hotel had granted me the discount. (I had to cancel my hotel due to a TRAGEDY in the family. Plum Benefits would not give me a refund after I literally took all the steps I was told to do in order to get the refund. Plum Benefits did not refund me! This company is a fraud. They stole my money. AND PLUM BENEFITS OWES ME $980!! Never use this company. They’re a fraud!
