If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased Elton John tickets for $400 in November 2019, which were postponed due to corona. Understandable and unavoidable. I was told that the show would be postponed to “sometime in 2022”. In October 2021, a third party provider, Orlando Operations, notified me that they will be issuing the tickets but never did or even notified me when the show would occur. In March 2022, I asked about the tickets. Plum Benefits representatives then told me that the tickets had been transferred to “Seat Geek”, and I should open an account. I spent HOURS on the phone with Plum Benefits representatives who assured me that the tickets had been transferred and I needed to wait. So I decide to get in contact with Seat Geek. They tell me that the show ALREADY HAPPENED, but neither Orlando Operations nor Plum Benefits ever notified me. Now I see that they refuse to refund money. Are customers supposed to be psychics and know when concerts happen without notification???? There is a duty to notify and send tickets. I am an attorney and am considering initiating a lawsuit. Towards the end of the payment process there was a $73.00 Taxes and Transaction fee. There should be a breakdown of exactly what I'm paying in taxes and exactly what I'm paying in fees and what those fees are for.

Hotel price changed right in the middle of the purchase and the price went up by $30.00. Very unfair.

Do not do business with this company! I bought tickets for a trip to Disneyland in 2020 that was canceled due to COVID. I called TicketsatWork and they said the tickets would be extended and they would contact me and let me know the new expiration date. TicketsatWork never contacted me. I reached out to them multiple times to see if anything could be done about the tickets (I didn’t think a refund was possible, but thought some sort of credit towards new tickets was reasonable), but that was denied. They keep repeating their reason for not giving me a credit over and over like a broken record. They asked Disney and Disney said no. But I am not a customer of Disney. I bought the tickets through TicketsatWork so I am a customer of TicketsatWork (in fact, for many years). TicketsatWork could give me the refund or credit but they like to make you think it is Disney's fault, not theirs. Don't fall for it. TicketsatWork is a big company and could honor this request if they wanted to. But they don't care about customer loyalty. They will keep your money and not return your calls or emails. Customer service is a waste of time. They outsource their customer service to other companies in other countries who are given a script that they repeat over and over. They just wear you down and hope you go away. So now I’m out a lot of money and their only response is sorry, we can't help you and it's all Disney's fault. Really bad customer service. It’s not my fault there was a pandemic and my trip got canceled. I highly recommend that no one uses them. They only want to make money and don't care about their customers. They only want to keep the big corporations happy so that the big corporations keep sending their employees to TicketsatWork and then rip them off.

Edit: you can see the company’s response below, proving how lousy their customer service is. I understand they’re at the mercy of the vendor, but it’s my money they got to keep and they made no effort to try and make things right for a customer at all. So they lose a customer for good. Will never use them again, and will tell anyone who asks about them to stay away. Never use this company! I bought tickets for a trip to Disneyland in 2020 that was canceled due to COVID and rescheduled for 2022. The tickets were due to expire in January 2021, and whatever deal they had with Disney only extended them out until December 2021. I live on the east coast, so I’m not going back to CA until my rescheduled 2022 trip (which is timed with a convention, I didn’t pick the dates). I reached out to see if anything could be done about the tickets (I didn’t think a refund was possible, but maybe some sort of credit towards new tickets?), but that was denied. So now I’m out nearly $600, and their only response boiled down to…denied, sorry, but have a nice day! What lousy customer service. It’s not my fault there was a pandemic and my trip got canceled. Such a scam, I’ll never use them again. Enjoy my $600.

I bought tickets for a concert on 02/12/22 and received them late, after the concert. They refused to give me a refund stating that tickets are final sale. Also horrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from Plum Benefits again.

Purchased tickets for a concert in 2020 that was postponed 3 times due to covid... FINALLY after 2 years they have decided to hold the concert.. NO ONE CAN GO and we are immunity compromised.. They REFUSED to give us our money back.. no refunds regardless... ALSO ticket master changed their tickets in 2020 so that we can only receive tickets with a bar code and not printed.. I asked them to send the UPDATED tickets and they refuse.. I will NEVER use this group again and discourage ANYONE from trying it!.

DISGRACEFUL. I was purchasing tickets to a hockey game. It said there was a problem with the website and I received no confirmation. Therefore, I tried again moments later and it went through. I ended up being charged twice because the first transaction also went through. After calling plum benefits twice, the person reassured me that they could see that I was double charged and that a refund wouldn’t be a problem. I received an email saying that my refund has been denied. I’m extremely upset and think that this is outrageous. I understand the policy, however, this was an error on your website. Gross that you are unable to resolve these issues and have no problem taking money from people like teachers trying to save some money. I would never use this again and will make it my mission to let others know that PLUM BENEFITS DOESN’T BENEFIT ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES!!!

Purchases tickets to a NY Rangers game in September for my son as a Christmas gift. A week before Christmas, MSG changed their admission policy based on COVID, requiring that children ages 5-11 have to have the 1st vaccine to attend events and since our son has yet to get the vaccine and wouldn't be able to get it before the event, we could not attend. After multiple calls to customer service and long waits on hold, Plum Benefits insisted it was a final sale and would not offer any sort of refund or compensation for $500+ worth of tickets even though we were told that we'd get a refund due to the change in venue policies. Had I gotten the tickets directly through Ticketmaster instead of using PlumBenefits, I would have been refunded. So not only did I wind up disappointing my 9 year old diehard Rangers' fan on Christmas, I got screwed out of $500+ because this company does not have proper, updated policies in the time of COVID.

Do not buy anything from this company because you will greatly regret it. I bought Hella Mega Tour tickets in Nov/2019 for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. He was so excited. Spent just under $400. They weren't much of a deal but figured I would try it because it was a benefit through work. Well, the tour got rescheduled due to Covid, as did every other show, understandably. So once I saw the show had now been rescheduled for 8/5, I emailed the company and got a response back on 4/1, stating that they apologize but the tickets will be sent 48 hours before the show. I thought this was kind of stupid but whatever, that's how they do things. So on 8/4 (show is the next day), I still have no tickets. I email them that afternoon informing them I have not received the tickets and that I’m starting to stress out. No response. On 8/5, the morning of the show, I called them before 9am saying I needed the tickets by 3pm because the venue is an hour and a half away. The woman I spoke with said she put in an urgent request and assured me I would have the tickets by 3. At 2pm, I called back bc I was getting extremely nervous and stressed bc I still have not received the tickets. The person I spoke with did not even see a request was put in. Every time I call was not logged because each person lied to me just to get off the phone with me. Still no tickets and their response is to call back in a few hours…after the show begins. This is their error and they could care less that I’d be missing the show. Of course, they put the blame on their 3rd party and take no responsibility for their actions. I told them at this point to cancel the tickets and refund me and I’ll just buy new tickets so that we can actually make it to the show and at least make it for the main act, even though we loved the opening bands. They said they would put in for the refund and it would need to be approved. I said how can it not be approved when you guys still haven’t even given my tickets and the show starts in 30 minutes. Yup, the next day, my refund request was denied! How insane! This company is a SCAM! The tickets ended up being sent to my email hours later, more than ½ way after the show started!...even tho I said to cancel them. That’s probably how they figured they could get away with my money. Ridiculous! Well, they did get away with my money because I still have not received a refund. Believe all the reviews, it will get your blood pressure up and you will be out a lot of money with a lot of aggravation. I will be telling my company to stop offering this company as a benefit because I know they would not like their name attached to this kind of company. The customer service is horrible, they just lie to you to get you off the phone and the managers just don’t care at all and give attitude, like this is my fault. I contacted them months ago to try and get these. Then the day before and the day of, literally spend hours on the phone with them. I will make sure no one I know ever uses this company. I do plan to get my company’s legal services involved and hopefully a that point I will get my full refund. I’ll keep you updated! My Order #: 18821456 Incase anyone was keeping an eye on if they ever rectified this situation.....they did not. They said below they would look into it and no one has reached out to me or refunded my money yet. Ridiculous! DO NOT use this company unless you like throwing your money away!

I bought 3 tickets for Legoland NY on 11/2019 before pandemic as Legoland NY was suppose to have grand opening on 2020. Becuase of pandemic they postponed their opening to 7/2021. Before going to legoland I called plum benefits if those tickets are valid, the agent said yes they will honor those tickets. When I went to legoland they said all tickets purchased before pandemic was refunded. I had to purchase tickets on the gate which was way expensive than the website price if I purchased earlier week. I contacted plum benefits yesterday and agent opened a ticket and this morning I received an email that request for refund was denied. It was $178 in total and order number 18809506. I am never ever going to purchase anything from this company and will request my colleagues not to buy any tickets as they are number 1 scammers. Please stay away from this fraud company.
