I got plum benefit from NYCHHC. There are a lot of great deals on hotels and car rental. And the assistance on the phone is very professional and efficient.
There are a lot of advertisements. I can appreciate wanting to advertise, but the pop ups at the end of the purchase should have a quick "skip all" button. I was also surprised by the fees that popped up at the end. By the time fees were added, the discounted price was almost as much as the normal price.
It was great to save but I wasn't expecting the high service fee...almost $60. Easy check out.
I ordered some tickets, but after I got the confirmation page there was a $50 taxes/fees charge I wasn't expecting.
I was excited about the price quoted for going to Six Flags but when they added their taxes and fees it ended up only saving me $5 from what it was on the Six Flags site for 3 tickets. Far less then the $15 I was expecting to save. I little disappointing.
It would be nice to know the fees that are charged before you get to the last page where you have to enter your credit card. But in the end, the same seats are a little cheaper than Stubhub. Maybe enough to buy a half a beer ;-)

Do not give this company your money. Especially in today's world of a pandemic. Purchased tickets in 2019 for a concert in 2020 which of course was postponed. Called several times asking for either a refund or replacement tickets for the rescheduled date. I was told I can get a refund because the event would in fact be rescheduled, but couldnt tell for when. They assured me they would send out new tickets once they were aware. A few more months go by and still nothing. Another call was made and emails sent. I received an email reply stating that my event was rescheduled for 5/14/2022 and here are the tickets. Well.... I get to the event on 5/14/2022 and was denied entry. Tickets invalid. They will not refund my money although it was clearly their error. Your "concern" is passed thru several different customer service reps, not 1 person who is dedicated to your complaint. Apologies and assurances they are doing everything they can is complete non-sense. Wasted an entire week of my time providing statements, documents, email for them to come back and say.. there's nothing we can do. Go to a trusted source, this company is nothing but shady. Not only did I pay for these tickets but ended up purchasing new tickets at the venue since I had already spent gas, tolls and time to go over an hour away. No help for that either. The customer service is beyond horrible. They will string you along when they know they will deny you anyway. I will file a complaint with the BBB. **In response to the company’s reply ** this is the same generic response I continually get. Order number, documents have all been supplied. If you are that sincere in your apologies, contact me and make it right.
I was charged 25% in taxes and fees. Tried to call for information got put on hold for 40 mins then it just went to a survey and hung up. Called back again got some nonsense about how the 3rd party vender charges it and there is nothing they can do but maybe can get me some sort of gift card. Back on hold and to the survey again after 20 mins (and they closed at that time) and hung up on again. Saved less then a dollar over just buying them from the actually places website. Totally pointless to use and a waste of an hour of my time. Never using again. EDIT: No idea how to reply but it's not even so much the ridiculous taxes and fees as it is wasting an hour of my day putting me on hold twice and hanging up twice. 25940681 order number if you want it. Also might want to talk to your vendor you are literally providing a less then $1 discount off the website price and yet advertising way more off. Edit 2: had several calls from different numbers and no message so no idea who I would even call

Near the end of 2019, I purchased tickets for three separate events using Plum Benefits. Of these, one was cancelled and two were rescheduled. Plum Benefits did not contact me about any of these. On researching further, I found that this information was available online as of late 2020, but it has taken me hours of being on hold and dealing with different Plum Benefits representatives to argue that I should be reimbursed. Even still, I am not certain they will refund my money. I will never order from them again. ---- Update May 26: I have corresponded and called this company numerous times over the past two weeks and have hit a wall dealing with them. They refuse to acknowledge that they are at fault, even though they directly contradicted their own policies as stated in their FAQ. I have begun a case with the Better Business Bureau and am filing a court claim to regain my money. I encourage others to do the same. Plum Benefits and their parent company evidently thrives on fleecing customers who eventually give up on trying to get their rightful refunds.
I booked 2 nights in a hotel that from the online photos looked respectable. Upon arrival I found that the photos online were not of the hotel and this hotel was too filthy to stay in. My daughter would not even enter the room. I was told I would receive a refund but got a runaround until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then they told me I would receive the refund. It appeared as "Pending" in my account, and after 4 days it disappeared. Then I tried to submit another email via the email chain and it was blocked.
I love purchasing movie ticket, flights and hotels . I have 5 kids and I am single mom and every penny counts.
It was very fast and simple to book.
Better discount than AAA or my Enterprise benefits!

If there were an option for 0 stars I would have definitely chose that. DO NOT PURCHASE AIRLINE TICKETS WITH THIS COMPANY. On 4/19/2022 My husband decided to purchase an airline ticket for me through Plum Benefits since it is supposedly a benefit offered through his job. This ticket was for me to fly out to FL for his Grandfathers funeral and the flight would be with Breeze Airways. My husband purchased the ticket, paid $138 for it (which we saw later it would have been $125 if we booked with Breeze directly) then he quickly realized after he mistakenly pressed the confirm button that he chose the wrong date for the flight. He then contacted Plum benefits call center immediately to correct the date and was told that the tickets are non refundable and cannot be canceled. He tried to explain what happened and was repeated the same statement. After again trying to plead with them he was hung up on. I then called to try and correct the date of the flight and was told that they cannot make any changes on it because the flight had not been confirmed with Breeze. I was then told to call back in a couple of hours once the flight is confirmed. After calling 2 more times I then got a representative place me on hold for about 2 minutes because he was supposedly contacting the airline to make the change. He then came back to tell me that they are not able to make any changes to the ticket and it is non refundable. The rep said that Breeze is not allowing it and that basically whomever he spoke to at Breeze hung up on him. I literally cried thinking we just lost $138 and I'm not able to fly and join my husband for this funeral. The rep continued to say that we should not use Breeze Airlines as they always change their policies and do not give refunds. After that call my husband and I decided to contact Breeze Airways directly and they were able to help me change the date of my flight without any issues and within about 10 mins which was Amazing. Please DO NOT USE PLUM BENEFITS ESPECIALLY FOR AIRLINE TICKETS. They do not care about the customers and you are really not saving any money.
I mean I just save 50% on a trip to Puerto Rico. PERIODT. Nuff said.
Plum Benefits always has great prices on amusement parks and travel. They came through again with tickets to SeaWorld San Antonio.
I just got back from a trip to Denver for a Memorial service with family. Prior to going I book two hotel rooms, Car Rental, and airfare through Plum Benefits because it is my Company's perks program. I thought GREAT!!! I can get the best rates for this unexpected trip that we had to make. We get to the hotel and I have my reservation in hand when they showed me the room rate and the total our stay "Would" have been if I book through the Hotel, but no I paid almost $100 more!!! WHY??? Onto the Car Rental company, up to the counter I go with my best Car Rental rate from Plum Benefits, they hand me the rate and total for car rental and I compare it to what I actually paid from Plum Benefits..... Over $130 more with Plum Benefits!!! Can't check the airfare nor the second hotel because airfare changes daily and the hotel could not print a receipt of what they would have changed... but I am guessing it would have been less then Plum Benefits!!! Will never use them again!! Stay away!!
