This company is incredibly disappointing. They engage in scamming practices and refuse to issue refunds. Even one star is too generous for them. I strongly advise avoiding them altogether.
Purchased Tickets for a show without any disclaimer about a partial view. Partial view tickets were being sold at box office the same time of the purchase by a half of the price paid. Called customer support and was informed tickets would be adjusted the day before the event with new tickets. No tickets received the day before the event and customer service saying it wasn’t approved! Plum Benefits is Misleading customers !!!!!
Customer service is excellent. Anytime I've had trouble booking a room in a hotel they've always been very helpful.
Rented a vehicle. Flight delayed and the rental counter was closed. I wanted to book with another rental agency. It took 5 calls and me almost being in tears to get someone to help me!!! Thanks for the refund..however the customer service is deplorable!!! I will never use this service again.
We purchased 4 tickets to a comedy show coming to New York next weekend. Upon payment and receiving the tickets, we clicked on the share tickets button to send my sister-in-law her two tickets. I took a screenshot of the email I sent it to, just to make sure I had proof of sending the tickets to the correct email. My sister-in-law has not received the tickets. We have been calling Plum Benefits for weeks, asking them to help us retrieve these two lost tickets. Every phone call is only met by a call technician telling us it will take 72 hours to solve. It's been a month, and nothing has been solved. We are now 8 days away from the concert date. What we are asking for is simple; help us retrieve our tickets so we can enjoy the show, or simply reimburse us our money. Plum Benefits has refused to do either until this point. DO NOT use this company - the customer service feels like a scam. We will report back in the next 8 days based on what happens, but we are very disappointed. UPDATE: Plum Benefits has replied 6 hours ago on this review board that their managers are looking into it. However, we have received an email from Plum Benefits at 10:30pm last night that reads: "We are unable to confirm where your tickets are... Regrettably, the refund is unable to be issued... Please be advised that this case has been closed." Pretty shameful that you closed our case last night via email, but you are on this public review board acting as if you are looking into the matter. We have elevated this case to our credit card company, and Cap One investigators will file a dispute on our behalf. Shame!
I made a car reservation with a pick up time of 12pm. However, my flight was changed by the airline so we are arriving at 10:00pm. I called to ask if they are able to change the pickup time for me, since I cannot do it myself. Only to be told I need to cancel and rebook at DOUBLE the price now.
I found tickets for a Broadway show at a great price and the seats were front row.
Great price for a non-holiday mid-week lift ticket. Fit our needs well and was not crowded. Tried new ski resort for the first time and really liked it!
I tried to book Disneyland tickets. The tickets were listed as $287 discounted to $257. Great deal except that they are $257 when you buy them direct from Disney. they also throw in $25 food gift card, only that gift card is not accepted at Disneyland. All that and then they tack on a $50 fee at the end. So this package actually costs more than if I booked through Disney and the "Free" $25 food cards actually cost $51 So there is absolutely no reason to use Plum Benefits to book these tickets cause then Ill have 50 dollars in restaurant credit that I can't use there that I pay $51 for. and there is no discount for the actual tickets.

ordered tickets for Rockettes show at Radio City in New York City for Saturday Dec. 2nd. still no tickets yet, they tell me i will get them on day of show, unacceptable. I am not going to travel 2 hours to get there and then not have tickets. Want money refunded and they wont. Will never do business with Plumb Benefits again. Will be contacting a lawyer to sue
I purchased airline tickets from plum benefits back in August. Tripplanet/plumbenefit changed my flight going to Miami and returning to New York without my knowledge. If I didn't call Plumbenefit just to confirm my flights i would have screwed that day. Because of the changes they told me that i would receive a refund on the outbound flight to Miami since they were not able to find a early flight for my son and I . Its not November going into December and I still have received no refund on a August flight and complaint was done in August. I will never do business with them ever again.
Charge an extra fee movie ticket on this website and when you buy at theater so you pay another fee. There is no discount. No point in buying through plum benefits
Offered cashback from smarty after purchase. Checked out the smarty website doesnt seem legit asking for credit card details. But plumbenefits.com is legit

My reservation was submitted, called the 1-877-868-7758 number to change the dates as there was a mistake on the reservation. On the phone for over a half an hour waiting for Ms. Bell? to update the reservation. She kept putting me on hold only to come back and ask the same questions and not resolving the issue. I requested a cancellation at this point because I am at work and did not want to stay on the phone for this long. Asked for a confirmation number and she stated I will email you, I asked again and she gave me the number 33355649. The next thing is it will take 3-5 Business days to refund my money so that I can book another car without using this service.
