I saw able to rebooked my Broadway tickets and they made it possible to refund the wrong dates. That was so stressful but they made it easy.
I booked our 30th anniversary trip to Key West, FL through Plum Benefits. The process was seamless and saved me some money for sure. Two non-stop flights, rental car and hotel for four days came to $1500 total. I will definitely go through Plum Benefits for all of my future travel needs!
The site has good prices and discounts specially in the summer. The only thing I feel wasn’t fear that the most cheapest ticket doesn’t offer for family of 1 to 3 party. Forcing customers to pay for the most expensive which feel as reap off. Specially at this high price of inflations
I will never use Plum Benefits again. I ordered Bruce Springsteen tickets back in March of 2023. Never got the tickets. Sent numerous inquiries. They said I would have the tickets in hand by 8/17/23 for a 8/18/23 concert. Bruce ended up postponing, but I still have not received the tickets. Now I'm being told I will have them by November? This is unacceptable.
I been dealing with plum benefits for years mostly great experience but please read the condition about no refund and make sure your purchase tickets are sent within 48 hours I never received the tickets on email of said event and don’t have a option of a refund I feel disgusted this was for sesame place the children or now in school there not and option for a refund so I guess my money down the drain what happened to America
Too bad I have to give 1 star instead of None! What a horrible experience! I made a hotel reservation, payment was charged. I get to the hotel with the luggage only to find out that there was no such reservation it was so embarrassing & annoying! I called plum benefits and was on hold for hours and transferred all over the place. Finally I was told the reservation was cancelled because the hotel didn't have availability. I didn't even recvd a cancellation email or a call. A Customer Service Supervisor at Plum benefits then offered to search hotels at her end, while She was making the reservations I was calling the hotels she was giving Me just to confirm they actually did have rooms available on another line well... Thank God I did! Abosolutely NONE of them had availability but the REP was ready to charge my card once again. The whole experience was so disappointing, frustrating & inconvienent As we had to be at an event in less then 3 hours. They offered a refund in form of a voucher & credit. At this point im just furious & refuse to deal with plum benefits,NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT USE PLUM BENEFITS!!!!
The given prices are higher than the prices shown in merchant website and given discount is nothing with respect to movie tickets. While redeeming the purchased movie tickets voucher, merchant is asking for convenience fee.
Avoid using this service. I ended up paying 30% more than I would pay on AMC website without any “discounts”. And tickets are non refundable. Plum “benefits”
Tickets were sold to me for a show that did not exist. I sent an email on that day to ensure that I let them know the tickets I bought were bogus. I have called and emailed multiple time to no avail. I would like my refund. The customer should not have to fight with the vendor used by our entire corporation when their product is defective. They should deal with their supplier.

I bought movie theater tickets. Initially it looked like I was going to save $5 per ticket buying vouchers from Plumbenefits. Then I paid taxes and fees to Plum at the check out and when using the vouchers to purchase movie tickets I paid another $7 convenience fee since they can be only redeemed via AMC app. With added fees on both end of transaction the tickets cost me $3 more then if I just purchased them without the vouchers. It was a waste of time to use Plumbenefits site for a fake discount
Plum Benefits just keeps getting better. Adding more and more vendors and products to their offerings every time I log in. We especially love the cheap movie tickets. the only drawback is i have to use the actual paper ticket not online so I have to go to the theater to choose our seats rather than online, but overall - no complaints!
Very User Friendly Everything is clearly written and in detail, they have great offers from movies to theme parks. The discounts are really good too! I saved over $65.00 last year on Universal Tickets. I really do recommend using their services.
Pretty disappointed as I could not locate credit voucher and my account section doesn't keep such info handy. Spent lot of time to locate my voucher before placing the item I planned to purchase. Not user friendly unless we use credit card for payment which is not the case all the time.
Do not, I repeat do not do business with this company, they seemingly have no regard for their customers and lack integrity. I made a reservation for a rental vehicle through them, attempting to save a few dollars especially since I was going visit a family member who was terminally ill and has now passed away. Upon arriving to the location to pick up the rental vehicle I was made aware that my destination wasn't covered. So I said alright, no problem let me cancel and rent with a company that does cover this destination. They have completely denied my request for a refund so far two times. I was charged the full amount of $642 dollars for absolutely nothing. Not even the insurance add on was reimbursed for a vehicle that was never rented. In the denial email they stated that I was a no show and some other false information that they claimed they recieved from the supplier with whom I've already spoken with. The supplier actually indicated to me that they aren't holding any money for my reservation and that plum benefits business practice is very unethical. They have advised me that they (plum benefits) are simply holding on to the profit for this booking and advised me to never to book through them again. Booking directly would avoid a scenario like this because they would never charge unless we actually take and rent a vehicle. I have now filed a dispute with my bank and will continue to pursue a refund or at least a credit to use the rental locally in the future. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced and I just want to warn anyone out there thinking about utilizing plum benefits thinking that your saving a few bucks. Your better off paying normal price and not being robbed. Update: Plum Benefits did the right thing and after 7 weeks honored my request for a full refund. For anyone else experiencing this with them, I say just stay persistent and keep calling. I won't do any business with them again but I am glad that they showed some moral and ethics.
