This should be illegal. We had our 8 month old baby contract a respiratory illness which hindered our ability to fly and attend Disney. Airlines refund, no problem, rental car refund, no problem, hotel refund, no problem...I called Plum Benefits and they said they would escalate the refund process and that we would most likely be refunded. They also said that the tickets never expire. Over 2 weeks later they send me an email saying that no refund will be issued and that the tickets expire after a year. Never again and thank you for being completely helpless and unaccommodating.
Horrible customer service - deceptive advertising. I made a hotel reservation and immediately realized my mouse had moved when distracted by co-workers question and chose wrong dates. Called immediately to just switch dates - literally not a minute later. Turns out was non-refundable room WHICH was not noted at any place but the hotel search which had in very faint numbers non refundable above the price - but some of the room prices were avg per night. So not something you particularly notice - especially when prices themselves are in bright red. Again, that's the only place non refundable shows up - does not show up when you click on that choice, when you choose dates, when you put cc info in, when you are told its confirmed on your screen. NOT ONE OTHER TIME DOES IT TELL YOU ITS NON REFUNDABLE!! The reps from plum benefit were basically - tough luck! You chose nonrefundable price. I wouldn't have minded so much if I wasn't trying to just switch dates and I was even willing to pay a penalty.
This has been one of the most frustrating experiencing for any hotels website I have ever used for traveling. After booking a hotel on plumbenefits, paying in full, and getting a confirmation email, I was sent notification 4 days later that my hotel was not confirmed with NO REFUND. Once I tried reaching customer service, well GOOD LUCK! you will be on hold for HOURS! The customer service is a complete joke and near to non existing. Not entirely sure why corporate companies use this trashy service for hard working employees. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Horrible experience. Don't use this company to buy anything. They charge more than everywhere else with those hidden tax fee
I couldn’t complain any more about this company and feel they definitely must not be following compliance. They are a rip off and are actually more money. Do your research!!! They do not support the artist and her venue. Even when Broadway closes, the city does the right thing! I feel Interscope Records should fine them and no longer allow business with them. They need to be red flagged immediately.
