I purchased tickets for Disney World with a start date of 4/5/20. Obviously, we had to cancel our vacation due to the Coronavirus. Plum benefits refused to refund me stating that the ticket is “final sale”. THE PARKS ARE CLOSED! THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO! This is absolutely ridiculous! Terrible customer service. Now my family is out 3,000 because of them. The worst company. Do not use them!

I bought 2 Regal premier movie tickets for $9 each. My total was $22.70 with the service fee. I printed my tickets and went to my local Regal cinema on a Valentine's date with my wife. The tickets didn't work. The box office couldn't issue movie tickets with them. The self service kiosk didn't work either. I called plum benefits and they filed a ticket. Meanwhile I had to pay out of pocket for the movie tickets. It ruined the mood.

My wife and I went on a road trip at the beginning of the year. We used Tickets at work to book the hotel/motels we stayed in. On the 6th of January, we needed a motel to stay in Fayetteville, North Carolina. On the website of Tickets at Work was offered a room in Econo Lodge Wade - Fayetteville North on 3945 Goldsboro Rd, Wade, NC 28395. There were pictures of the room and a full description of the motel. The price was good for us, and we have stayed many times in Econo Lodge so we were ok with the offer. We booked our room and drove to the motel. Upon arrival, we noticed that there are no signs or the logo of Econo Lodge on the address that we were provided when we booked our motel room. When we checked on google we realized that Econo Lodge was permanently closed. The building that probably Econo Lodge once existed was not renamed and owned by OYO hotel or DaysIn, I can't say with certainty since there were two different signs on the building. We reserved Econo Lodge because we trust the company, we have stayed before and we are satisfied with what they offer. We did not fill safe to go to the building that was unclear about what hotel or motel is exactly. I called Tickets at Work and explained my situation. The customer service kept putting me on hold for a couple of minutes and in one part of the conversation laughing at me while I was trying to explain what has happened to us. I was told that that is the motel I have agreed to book and they as a third party cannot do anything about it, cannot cancel it nor refund me. I tried to explain many times that the motel I booked and the motel that is on the address is not the same but it was without any success. Finally, I decided to go to the motel and try my luck there. They had my reservation but I explained to the receptionist that I have booked Econo Lodge and want to cancel. After almost one hour of trying to cancel the receptionist said that the room will be canceled and we will be refunded. The next day my bank account was charged for the room at a motel that I do not even know the name of, never stayed there and was told it was canceled. I called the number I was given by the motel on the address I provided above, and even though they had my information the night before, now they did not have any information about me. I called Tickets at work and filed complain but was not able to get my full refund of 51$ but only a 20$ refund from Tickets at Work. The problem was not the amount but the fact that we have led to book a room in a motel that does not exist anymore did not receive any support from the website that provided inaccurate information (tickets at work) and were not treated with respect from their customer service. I am writing this with the wish that nobody else experience what we experienced on our trip. The Tickets at Work should check what they are posting and make sure that what they are posting is accurate. We wished we got the rest that we needed that night or at least to have been heard from the customer service and cancel and refund our room reservation since they were the ones to lead us in reserving something that does not exist. If I could give negative stars I would. Paid for a hotel in Costa Rica through Plum Benefits and I’m on the phone right now with them trying to find out why they took my money in October and still haven’t paid the hotel in December. We had to give the hotel our credit card and get charged twice because Plum Benefits stole our money and didn’t bother paying the hotel. I’m on my vacation now and instead of sightseeing I’m on the phone with them trying to find out why the hell they haven’t paid the hotel. The hotel was kind enough to save our room but if they had been overlooked we wouldn’t have had a place to stay. We had to pay more because of the date and Plum Benefits had the unmitigated gall to say they wouldn't pay the extra money even though they were at fault. When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was out on hold and then told that they would pay the new amount (the supervisor never once got on the phone to apologize or explain anything). I am waiting to see if I get my money back or if I have to take this to the next level. I am so disgusted at this unprofessional, unacceptable, horribly run business I could strangle someone!!! I will never use them again and I will continue to post negative reviews about them on any platform I can find. Follow up: I checked out of the hotel and sent copies of the bill to Plum Benefits. I expect to be reimbursed for the additional money it cost me to book the hotel. As of yet, I haven’t heard back from anyone. No one has contacted me yet to say they’d pay me the extra out of pocket money (almost $100) I had to shell out because of them. No one has contacted me to apologize for ruining my vacation. Nothing. Nada. What a bunch of crooks! I’ll be taking things to the next level soon to get my money back. Follow up to the follow up: I’m still waiting to hear back from Plum Benefits after several emails. DON’T USE PLUM BENEFITS!!!!!

BEWARE!! WATCH THE PRICING, BECAUSE THEY POST DIFFERENT PRICES ON THEIR WEBSITE VERSUS THEIR MOBILE SITE. I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY WILL ACT LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR ISSUE, THEN LEAVE YOU TO HANG. IN THE END, THEY DIDN'T HONOR A DAMN THING - EVEN AFTER SHOWING PROOF WITH THE SCREENSHOTS THEY ASKED US TO SEND THEM - WASTE OF MY F'NG TIME! NEVER AGAIN!

Got charged by Plum Benefits TWICE for a hotel reservation in July. Had to cancel the reservation because my father passed away. Had to speak to the hotel for the cancellation and refund, which they did. One month later, ANOTHER CHARGE CAME FROM PLUM BENEFITS. Plum Benefits gave me the run around by transferring me 3 to 4 times to multiple departments with NO ANSWER. They STILL DIDNOT refund my charge. I have PROOF from the hotel for the refund, with an official email from the hotel to my card. Order#16770196 UPDATE MARCH 9 2020: STILL NEVER GAVE ME THE REFUND. Plum benefits pushed it to the hotel. The hotel pushed it back to Plum Benefits. The charge was UNDER PLUM BENEFIT and the hotel provided PROOF to my credit card AND to Plum Benefit that they never charged. It's over 6 months AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. That's $300+ for a hotel that I NEVER STAYED AT.

Your Company is full of Garbage you seem to have found the payment after the hotel was paid and I checked out after your customer Service representatives hung up the telephone. I plan to get all of my money back. YOUR COMPANY RUINED MY TRIP and I incurred additional charges and due to your neglecience . YOU ARE THE WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED in MY LIFE. I was boarding my plane and your company was still trying to play tricks with my money. I would have been homeless in ATL if I didnt have extra Money. Go To H ____. Its funny that your rating is a 1 Star Bad and I dont think you deserve a 0.

Worst experience!!! I have bought tickets at plum benefits for sea world, Orlando and Busch Gardens and both parks shall be visited with in 14 days. I visited Busch gardens , and then I could not visit the second park- Sea world due to the hurricane Dorian. I called them and requested for 1 week extension, but they denied my request. They dont have a simple courtesy towards customers and how can we visit the park when Park is closed due to the hurricane. I highly recommend not to buy tickets from plumbenefits to save just few dollars instead buy in theme park websites directly.

Terrible experience. I bought $600 concert tickets. Never got an email link. Was on the phone with them for 3 hours the day before the concert and was told an email was sent with the link three months prior when I bought the tickets and they would attempt to get another link from a third party who sold the tickets. When I bought the tickets, I was supposed to receive a download of the album as well - never got it. Was never notified that this was a third party purchase. Finally received a link to get tickets then upon checking in the tickets did not work. Had to go to the box office only to be told the tickets I bought which were club seating and very expensive were not available. They gave me replacement tickets but were not the good seats I had. Plum Benefits is a scam. Do not buy tickets from them. I am still trying to get my money back for bad seats and missing album which I am sure will never get!

Sleazy, sleazy company. Bought concert tickets, and as soon as the confirmation arrived it said that the tix were limited view. This had not been clear before I bought the seats; it was only in a link saying "details" on which I didn't click (I didn't think I had to, since the seat rows and numbers I chose were already clear). This was going to be a gift, so I didn't want limited view seats. Immediately called Plum Benefits and asked to refund the tix so that I could buy others, but they refused. This was really deceptive advertising and totally sleazy. Then I practically had to beg them to actually issue the tickets. Then they sent an email saying my tickets wouldn't work and that they would be reissued. More calls ensued and it turned out the tickets didn't need to be reissued. Every part of this interaction has been a total disaster. I will never, ever go near this company again and you shouldn't either.

We booked a hotel with tickets at work. The day of our reservation, we got an email from the super 8 that we were booked at and it explained that the hotel had been overbooked so we need to contact tickets at work customer service. They couldn’t find us another hotel in the area that accepted pets (we have our dog) and it takes 3-5 days to get a refund. I would not book a hotel with this service again.

I purchased tickets for a Yankees game for family members that were visiting from abroad. I purchased on April 25th and had issues with the process order. After speaking with 2 different customer representatives (2 different phone calls), I was able to purchase. Fast forward to yesterday (May 13th 2019). I still had not received the tickets via email (they were e-tickets). Their rep told me I had to download the Ticketmaster app which I had done - the tickets hadn't shown up. I called TWICE yesterday and both their reps told me that I just had to be patient and that the tickets would show up in my ticketmaster account by the end of the business day. This morning I called back and spent an additional 30 minutes on the phone with another rep who was in the process of trying to figure it out (including asking me for my log in credentials for the Yankees.com app which I apparently had to create as well). Then she hung up on me and NEVER CALLED BACK! A few hours later (after work meetings) I called the yankees.com organization and they were able to walk me through the process. Their customer service is terrible, the user experience was terrible, and I would highly recommend looking at the way their representatives are trained to handle questions like this. They gave me the wrong information numerous times. I never needed to download the ticketmaster app, and the guidelines for the customer are inaccurate. I will be very vocal with my colleagues to never use this system unless they want to be disappointed and spend several hours simply trying to purchase event tickets. It's not worth the hassle.

This website is awful. The purchase system took a minute to process the order which makes you think the order was not processed successfully. So I redid the order again, they charged me twice. I called back to ask for refund for the second order, and they told me it’s nonrefundable per terms and condition I agreed. Worst company ever, stay away from this website like all the review suggested!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I never leave reviews on anything but I had to speak up about this disgusting company and how they manage to steal your money. They gave me a terrible experience and they did nothing to help me solve my issue. I purchased two 2-Day Disney World Park Hopper w/$25 Planet Hollywood Certificate for the summer and I received the tickets within 2 weeks in my email. I went to one park and used only one ticket and hoping to return before the end of the year to use the second one as the ticket confirmation stated they were valid through December 2018. Hoping everything was fine, I returned on Christmas to use the second ticket and my surprise was the remaining 2 tickets expired after 14 days of using the first tickets during summertime. So now I had to buy NEW tickets to enter the park and find out what happened to my first purchase. I contacted customer service (on hold for over 1 hour) and I told them NOWHERE in all the emails received from them said the tickets were to expire within 14 days of the first use. Neither someone from their company contacted me to tell me this information. The agent said the information was available at the moment of purchase and that should have been enough for me. Now I am left with nothing, no help on any type of refund or compensation and the only thing the agent did was saying sorry. My money was wasted because this terrible company is lacks communication, transparency, ethics and respect for the costumers. If this company really care for providing a good service they should allow some type of refund when there are issues with the purchase. Or even write the damn thing in the tickets and in every single email or correspondence so people are aware of any policies they have. It is the worst company I have used purchase any tickets. Absolutely, the worst in everything. I will recommend my company to stop using them for any benefits as they only seek to steal money from people and lie about providing wonderful experiences. Don't fall for them and use a different service, way more trustworthy and efficient than Plum Benefits.

This company is horrible. I purchased tickets as a Christmas gift for my family to a well known Florida attraction. Never received the tickets via email, even after calling and being told they would be resent. Customer Service is the worst! Will not answer emails and calls are a trial in waiting. Then after finally getting through to someone, I was told the tickets expired 3 weeks after I bought them! After checking, I saw the tickets were supposed to be good for one year, but when I questioned them, was then told they expired in 6 months! No reissue or refund. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I am recommending to my company that we drop them.

HORRIBLE!! I purchased 4 tickets for the Christmas Spectacular and they took out the money ($350) for great orchestra seats and I was able to see the row and seat # before paying. I received the confirmation email but I never received the ticket email. I called them 2 hours later and they confirmed that my confirmation was NEVER sent to the box office. They said they can either resubmit my purchase for different seats that I WON'T be able to see until AFTER paying or get a refund. I opted for a refund because this is ridiculous. How can you take out the money but I don't have seating assignments? IT'S A SCAM! AND I BETTER GET MY MONEY BACK

I bought NFL tickets 2 months ago. Paid in full and Plum Benefits took the money out right away. Fast forward to game day, let me say that again GAME DAY! and I still do not have my tickets. I will never use this company again for anything. Horrible, If I could give no stars, I would.
