We had a little trip in the Manchester arndale centre and come by a new innovative product called Ploom. There was nothing initially drawing us to the stall until met with friendly faces by the whole team. A representative Hamsa had greeted us and showed us this product, his expertise in customer service being the main selling point and making me want to actually make a purchase. The mannerisms and overall respect from staff created a friendly and welcoming environment. The samples were explained and questions were answered fluently. The variety of flavours and ability to earn points and get more gifts were honestly just a bonus on top. Loved the service and product, will definitely be lifelong customers. Arman and Tanisha

I love Ploom. It's the only thing that has successfully stopped me smoking. However all the vape shops only stock IQOS. Trying to find Evo sticks unless you want to wait for online delivery is a nightmare. All the major supermarkets according to the website stocks the sticks, but when you go in have never heard of them. My local Tesco express has them but it was like trying to get blood out of a stone getting them to give me the packets. They didn't know where they were even though it's a clear labelled Heated Tobacco cabinet. They don't sell replacement devices even though there is space for a box, they only sell about 5 flavours, so I can't buy my favourites, and all the staff have not been trained to fill them back up or what they are so I have to explain to every staff member what they are and what for. IQOS is a breeze you can buy a device and sticks anywhere - having to wait for Evo sticks is a headache, unfortunately I'm having to carry an IQOS whilst on holiday just incase I need it. But fantastic product well worth the money. If only it was available. I will add also the IQOS device is far superior to the Ploom one as well Ploom hopefully will redesign in the future and get this in the vape shops.

Worst smelling things ever, partner has tried bronze, Amber, gold, pear and all smell absolutely vile to the point that I literally feel sick to my stomach. Would rather he went back to smoking cigarettes, at least he had the decency to smoke outside, but apparently now he's gone for the 'healthy option', we all have to endure the stench from these disgusting sticks.

They offer an excellent product and when you register you get lots of good offers. The customer service is fairly good as well.

Callum and James were really helpful to explain the benefits of heated tobacco and the ploom device feels sleek and light. The flavour of tobacco are also fantastic and it's nice to keep changing!
