I tried this by accident, my sister bought it thinking it was a vape so gave it me. I absolutely love it, have tried quitting or switching to vape many times but have always gone back to old fashioned cigarettes after a couple of days. 3 weeks from trying this I've not touched a traditional cigarette, not even considered it. No horrible smells, feels the same as smoking and sooooo much cheaper. Absolutely love it, I ordered a 2nd device and the sticks directly from the website, delivery was fast and free. It's definitely been a game changer for me

Bought this item from Alhambra paper shop,tried first time,the smell is vile,got 3 draws from first stick then had to give up because it burnt my lips,second stick exactly the same.i will be looking to return this item for a refund .I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase this item,stick to vaping. Good job I didn't buy the upgrade to different colored front panel at 28 quid.

I started using Ploom on the 17th March, its the best thing i have ever done, i feel better and the people i work with say i look better. Ploom send me the eVo smokes i order whithin 1/2 days of me placing my order the eVo smokes are cheaprer than normal smokes, the sticks use pure tobacco so no nasty chemicals going into my body and no nasty smells coming out. I would have to be a complete idiot to switch back to normal smokes. Someone thought the decent reviews were staff, i do not work for Ploom

I have tried Heets and EVO Sticks. Ordered both devices same time and returned Iqos straight away. I prefer Ploom to Iqos. Lasts longer, tastes better, 3 month now I am cigarettes free. Wish you could make your devices much lighter and cigarettes look like.

I'd rather leave 0/5 ! All I can think is these decent reviews were staff or bought. Absolutely vile tasting, no drag or smoke, either burns lips or isn't hot enough. Waste of space, 100%

Great and affordable product. I moved over to Ploom from IQOS after 6 years and I am very very satisfied. The biggest thing for me was affordability and tastes great as well. Great product. Would highly recommend!

Smoked cigarettes for 50 years stopped the day my ploom device came I only like the green edition very minty and fresh and the purple edition my only complaint about the purple edition is the berry could be more noticeable in the taste plus I have exchanged ploom devices as my first one kept having to be reset now my second one is doing the same thing it my be a flaw that needs fixing overall I am very happy with it

I have been a satisfied Ploom customer for 3 years now. The experience just gets better and better with each updated device and is much more powerful, innovative and ergonomic than their closest rival. Personally I enjoy the green and cobalt varieties the most and don’t touch cigarettes anymore. If you’re a smoker, give it a go - and be patient. You’ll soon get used to it.

Easy to use, no dirty ash trays about as the Ploom stays intact so you just throw it away. No smoke smells and the smell doesn’t linger. At £4.50 a pack much cheaper than cigarrettes, and easy to buy in supermarkets or online direct from Ploom (can be offers too). I never thought my son would give up smoking conventional cigarettes, but he has with Ploom!

Horrible experience, bought from an agent in a shop in Irvine. New guy hadn't a clue. Vape burned my mouth and was really hot. Still trying to get a refund after I returned vape over 2 weeks ago. Gavin said it would go in straight away. Don't buy Ploom it's the worst new gaget/vape ever.

bought one of these today not impressed at all the tip was to hot to use then the actual hole where the tip goes was blocked and the cleaning sticks provided would not unblock it. personally prefer to go back to vaping don't waste your money although you have the taste like a cigarette there in no satisfaction of any smoke like vaping
