This was the first time I have tried an alternative to cigarettes. Overall I was satisfied with the experience of using Ploom. However, there were a number of issues that would make it unlikely I will continue to use Ploom. 1. The cigarette did not last long, although the literature says it lasts as long as a conventional cigarette. 2. There is no clear indication when to start and end - the vibrations are confusing 3. The cigarette kept coming out of the holder onto my lips when I puffed 4. The cigarette holder was hot to the touch 5. A bit of a flaff with the wait for charging

I have using ploom over 3 years. I tried IQOS first, to be honest EVO’s doesn’t taste better than HEETS, but they are stronger that’s what matters to me. The smell is not great, but IQOS smell is worse, when you start heating HEETS it smells like fart. So EVO’s are better in this. Can’t smoke cigarettes now as I can’t stand that strong smell and taste of burning paper. That’s a win for me.

It is a well thought out device. warms up quickly and lasts about the time of a small cigarette. Some quite realistic flavours although I seem to go for the menthol ones more than anything.

The staff Lynette and Kadie were very friendly and explained everything to us about the product. They let us take our time and try out as many as we wanted before making a decision. When we made the decision to go for they gave us a great deal! The tasting area was very comfortable and relaxed. Overall it was a lovely experience for us thanks to the amazing team!

Completely gave up cigarettes. I used to smoke 20-30 cigarettes a day, but since I purchased ploom, I cannot stand the smell of smoke anymore. I already made most of my smoker friends and family switch to Ploom. The only downsides are that it takes around a week to get used to them when switching from cigarettes and people around you will complain about the smell, but in all honesty is completely worth it. I love the device, it’s easy to carry, the price is amazing, they run deals very often on their website so you can get them even cheaper. Now I can smell the cigarette smoke on other people’s clothes and it’s disgusting. I am so happy that I don’t smell like that anymore. The customer service is exceptional. I ordered 40 packs online and the courier left them at a different address. I contacted ploom and they resent it immediately. Recieved them within 2 days. Today I bought a new device at the Camden pop-up as I lost mine but Danielle and Ade were so helpful and gave me an amazing deal! Great salespeople. Thank you Ploom for changing my smoking life 💕

Great service from Maxwell in Manchester arndale he was great at his job able to handle all my diffrent queries had some great banter too enjoyed the experience as a consumer. Did offer some sort of money back thing which I'm not too sure about though.
