Honestly I am really disappointed with the device because I bought it and stopped to work after 2 weeks plus I got in contact with the customer service who's really terrible because they guy took me like an idiot who doesn't know how to use the device. And this is not everything first time when I tried to buy it online I never received the device even it was saying they've sent it. Very disappointing.

Met Danielle at c2c at the o2 very helpful and explained how the product worked and what it contained. Works well to avoid the cravings and is much less polluting than normal cigarettes

It’s great device at a good price but in my opinion lacks quality. I would prefer to pay a little more and have something more robust. I have had three now in the space of a year and a half

Anjelo was incredibly helpful. Let me test product and flavours plus various strengths. He was warm friendly and knowledgable. The product is amazing since I purchased a ploom from him I have saved over 200 pound on the cost of cigarettes. A very good representative for the brand and would highly recommend.

I have been served with one of the more careful and best salespeople in this company. Rafael changed my mind to using Ploom instead of IQOS, which I used for a while. The battery is much better, and the taste is more natural than other products. You can find the product in every Tesco, which is good news to me. I want to give you a 5-star as you deserve it. Thanks to Rafael, who encourage me to swap to this product very professionally.

Although the customer care dept were ok at resolving a problem with 2 x devices that went wrong - it was very drawn out with having to send Post Office receipt for returns parcel - even though the returns label was sent to me by the Customer Care team - also to advise any one buying a new Ploom device - they don't seem to last very long whereas the old style lasted for ages.

There are many things I like about ploom. I'm happy to have a good product and thanks Rafael for all info
