I used Ploom and Evo tobacco sticks for a number of years but have made the decision to go back to using IQOS due to the lack of customer service from Ploom. Their delivery supplier is unreliable and the 1-3 days delivery time promoted on their website is not adhered to. I switched to Ploom initially because they were cheaper but as a nicotine addict I rate reliability of supply higher than the cost and I cannot afford the risk that lack of supply might lead me back to smoking. Based on my experience with Ploom, they don't care about their customers and I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Quick replies and quick solution

Loving my Ploom, need more stockists with more stock on hand. I tried the "other" heated tobacco product in the UK and didn't get on with it, felt unsatisfying and rushed - much prefer Ploom, and several of the flavours, however have found difficulties buying the sticks locally in the preferred flavour.

Just fantastic! I have been a customer for a while now as just wanted to try heated tobacco sticks as an alternative to cigarettes. The first thing to note is the delivery time is excellent. It says 1-3 days delivery, but chances are if you order early in the morning you will get it next day. Every single order has been spot on, never had one issue. There are always promo codes being sent out so make sure you subscribe to mailing list. I am rating the company service quality as well as products. Needless to say the sticks satisfy a nicotine craving as much as traditional cigarettes. I think there are 10 varieties available (with 2 clickable in purple and green options). There is something for everyone. Also worth taking into account that the way the products are advertised are not in a novelty way as can be the case with disposable vapes. The site is easy to navigate and really well designed. The money saved is obvious although the price has gone up 50p a pack over the last few months, but considering my local stores only seem to stock 4 varieties at any one time (and never my favourites) it makes sense to order direct. The device itself on a full charge will last for the duration of a full pack of HTS. Umm I can't think of any negatives. I suppose a few more interesting flavours would be cool (thinking along the lines of berry variants, whilst steering clear of things like cotton candy etc). Keep up the great work guys!

Over 2 years using ploom and I have never looked back. I vaped and smoked for years but found I never put my vape down. I was looking for an alternative and was recommended to try heated tobacco. After some research I ordered a ploom device and some Evo sticks. I have tried all flavours and use bronze most of the time, sometimes amber. The website is fantastic and most of the time they arrive with in 2 days. It's different to smoking and takes a bit of getting used to but I had a bad smokers cough and it stopped after a few months of using plooms. I wasn't happy when they reformulated the flavour as I love the old Bronze. I'm ok with the flavour now. If you looking for an alternative to smoking I recommend trying ploom. It's cheaper than smoking and the customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with my device and a new one was dispatched and delivered within 2 days.

Good taste, fast delivery

The prompt delivery of my orders l have never run out of Evo sticks. Sometimes l am a bit late in placing my order, but no fear rest assured if you give it a go you will understand. I have never had to buy Evo in store.
