Linda, our driver, was so much fun and really added to the experience. She was engaging and provided her perspective and opinion to the vineyards and the wines. Also provided suggestions on the best places to eat. Would definitely go again when I'm in the area.

Returned for another great tour! We've now used Platypus for three different wine tours and every one was outstanding. We were able to specifically request one of the wineries we wanted to visit and they were able to accommodate us, even though that winery might now have been on their initial list due to it being a slow season / limited staffing at the winery. The other wineries we visited were outstanding and great experiences. We also love the great personalities of the guides, their knowledge about the area, and how warm and friendly they are. Plus the other guests we've met on all of the tours were great wine tasting companions! Highly recommend Platypus when you're in Napa / Sonoma.

A fun, relaxing way to spend the day in Napa - seeing the valley, learning about some of the great little wineries that often get overlooked. Our driver Kelly was a sweetheart & made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Lunch was delicious too. I’ll be back!

This was our second time using Platypus Tours Limited to tour the Napa Valley. It's the best way to go. They choose wineries that you may not see on the beaten path. In both of our tours with Platypus Tours Limited, you always leave with new friends.

Absolutely loved our wine tour with Platypus for my sister’s 40th birthday! The 3 wineries we toured were unique and had amazing wines. Linda, our driver, was so fun and also knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!

So glad we found this tour. It was the highlight of our trip. The wineries we visited were amazing and our tour guide Army was truly a great guide. Army is full of knowledge and he was extremely helpful. We will definitely do this tour again.

The first winery stop was great, second also good, however the third stop on my trip in October, 2024 was horrible. How can you market this experience has a wine tour when dropping us off for over an hour at a "winemaker's home"? We hung out with a drunk winemaker in his backyard as he rambled on about renovating his home, his ex wife, and a bit about making wine at a facility off-site somewhere called 'Desmond Estate Vineyards.' It was hard to keep from laughing at how bad the stop was when there are so many incredible wineries in Sonoma Valley. Would not recommend.

It was a wonderful tour. Tony Giraudo is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about the napa region. We love the places he took us too, especially the Gosh block estate. Pirce are very reasonable and excellent wine. The only change I would have it to have the winery place provide us with crackers in between wine tasting

I was visiting Napa in the winter and my flight was delayed an entire day. I’d already booked this tour so I called the tour company to explain my situation and they were very understanding. They moved my tour to another day with no problem. This was truly appreciated because I was very stressed about the flight delay. On the day of the tour, our tour guide, Jason, helped make our mother/daughter trip to Napa a truly memorable experience. My daughter and I noticed right away how upbeat and pleasant Jason was. We could tell he was genuinely a nice person. On the ride to the wineries, he provided us with some Napa history and trivia and it wasn’t boring stuff to put us to sleep either. It was actually information that we found interesting. Also, I must say that I’ve been to Napa a few times (including the wine train) so I was a little nervous about this tour because I wasn’t sure what to expect but my daughter and I both had a great time. I never learned as much about Napa in the past as I did on this tour. Jason did a great job of interacting with our group also. The wineries that were selected were all great selections and the lunch that was provided was good too. This was a very cost effective tour that I’d take again and highly recommend to others.

We love Platypus! This was our third time touring with them, and they never disappoint. One of the best parts? They keep track of the wineries we’ve visited, so no repeat stops—unless we’re chasing seconds on our favorite wine! Plus, they take you behind the scenes at vineyards that aren’t usually open to the public, which feels like getting VIP access to the wine world. The tour was fun, interesting and the wineries we visited were lovely. Stephen was our guide and he was very funny and friendly but also had a great deal of knowledge about the area and the wine making process. Enjoyed the day!
