I called you and emailed you about my frames before order because they are mounted on gator board and I could NOT get an EMAIL back nor a PHONE call back. I have NO idea if there how to measure for this on your site? All you have is a MATTE? What does that mean a paper thin old fashioned matte that gthe old generation used that would not even effect the frame? I love your set up on website but how do u measure for gator board or foam core? TY! Please LMK

Each time I looked at the product description, it appeared that the item I wanted to purchase was discounted to like $75 (from like $108). But when I put the item in my shopping cart, it was not actually discounted. Deceitful.

Product was never delivered. Called customer service, they said the product wasn't in stock and had no timeframe to be delivered. Why wasn't I ever notified of this? Were you just hoping I wouldn't check my order status and forget I ever ordered it? I will never use your company again.
Mine was a good experience insofar as the customer service was outstanding. I could purchase beautiful, affordable frames. It is DIY, but you have a professional-looking frame job.

I have purchase many of your frames. All but one came fully assembled. The last one, a black metal canvas floater had to be put together. It wasn’t as hard or difficult as I had anticipated and it fit perfectly. I am a very satisfied customer and will always, if possible, get my frames from this company.
Frame that I ordered was out of stock. I was not notified and only found out when I called pictureframes.com about a week after the promised delivery date. I cancelled the order but have not received an e-mail confirming the promised refund.
