I really appreciate customer service pointing out the depth and asking me how deep my canvas is. When it was discovered that the frame I ordered was not going to work, my order was cancelled and the funds were returned to me immediately. I will be back for any frame needs in the future! You make very easy to find the perfect size frame as well as matting.
Our frame was shipped when stated, securely shipped so no possibility for breakage. Needed my husband to help me with this one since it was quite large! Instructions included for guidance. Wow, what a difference it made to our canvas! Added a rich taste! Love it!
