The first time I ordered from this company was exactly what I wanted/expected, so I came back to order again from their extensive selection of frames in many styles. It was simple to put my photo into the frame, and the size was perfect. Since I am not a newbie at framing, I had the basic knowledge with which to choose well, I believe. I did ask my photographer for help with choosing acrylic and depth of frame. Success! Highly recommended.
The frames I ordered didn’t quite fit my images and when I offered to send them back to return for the right size, I was given a refund and the opportunity to buy another the correct sized frame without having to return the original purchase. I really appreciated the convenience and also the frames are beautiful quality and supplied with great hanging hardwire.
I cropped my photo to maximize the appearance of the subject, and ended up with an odd size image. Pictureframes.com made it very easy to not only customize a frame but to customize matting as well. They offered just what I was looking for in the style, color and width of frame.

I have a nearly 90 year old photo of my father with his dad that I wanted to get framed, hung, and show to my family this Xmas. It became especially important when my father passed earlier this year and everyone was coming to my house (850 miles away) for Xmas. I placed my order on 12/7 and was assured I would get it 12/16, before Xmas. In the bustle of the season, I didn't notice I hadn't received it until a few days before Xmas. I emailed and they told me the frame I had chosen was out of stock. Really? and you didn't tell me? how was I able to order if it was out of stock, if it became out of stock after my order why wasn't i notified and asked if i wanted a different frame? it was Xmas, what if it had been a present? i decided to go ahead and reorder just in case it would get here before everyone left (after the new year) but it didn't. they did give me the "deal" that i got when i ordered but the whole ordeal just left a bad taste in my mouth. they started out being very helpful but then it just tanked when they didn't care if i got my picture when promised.
All in all, excellent website and pricing. Unfortunately, it’s easy to make a mistake or two and they don’t seem to be able to help you out even if you make a mistake on your order. So they are good about cancelling - and then you can re-place your order to correct any problems. Small knock - otherwise good site with competitive pricing.
