I realized that my for-sale posters were not of the standard size, so I needed to cancel my Pictureframes.com order and order a standard sized frame. The customer support people at Pictureframes.com are so kind and efficient!!! I had no trouble at all. It was easy--and too a load off my mind!

I have ordered from pictureframes.com for many years. I find their frames are top quality. If I ever have an issue they are quick to remedy the problem. I order floating frames. I would like to a few more color options.

Easy to make custom frame orders.
The frame is exactly as advertised, however the turnaround on the frames is not as advertised. The first one ordered I waited 2 weeks before inquiring when it would ship only to find out it was out of stock and they had no idea when it would be back in stock. Had I not called, I would have wasted even more time. The second frame ordered again did not ship on time. Again they said it had been out of stock, but magically became available when I called. It still took several days to be produced despite "priority" status. Frames are lovely but do not order unless you have time to spare. In addition more proactive communication is needed from Picture Frames customer service team.

I do some framing for a local "collector" and use this company, often. The frames are good, the customer service is good, but it takes WAY too long to receive my orders.
Order was recieved with box broken , parts missing !! Will check tonight to see exactly what is damaged and what is missing
