I was concerned I wouldn't be able to find a frame I liked that fit my oil painting. But I did and the ordering process was so easy. The frame arrived well packed and it was very easy to assemble to my painting. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price, even with the shipping and tax charge. I will definitely be ordering more frames to display my future oil paintings.
I wanted a frame for a 16x20 piece of art. This frame was advertised as 16x20 but little did I know that the frame opening was not 16x20.
Picture frame fit perfectly. Easy to attach canvas to frame. Great packaging to keep everything intact. Even more beautiful than it showed on the Website.
I’m tremendously impressed with the floater frame that I got. Great quality product and great service. I had been honestly anxious before it arrived since you don’t know what’s going to turn up, but it turned out to be exactly what I had wanted. My painting fitted perfectly! The package was also prepared with so much care, the frame came in neatly assembled, undamaged, and seamless which made the installation so easy. My painting with the frame now looks like it belongs to a museum! I certainly will buy more from this company. Highly, highly recommended. No more paying $$$ to a frame store!

First you send the wrong frame, return was made easy. Then second frame is still wrong, won’t be using this site again and will not recommend it to fellow painters.

I have a commissioned portrait with a deadline. Ordered a custom frame and on the day it was to be delivered, I checked the status. Saw it wasn't even prepared yet. After talking to customer service, it turns out they were out of stock. No notification. So now I need to tell my client. This could have been prevented if pictureframe could have sent a notification. 2 stars because the customer service rep was very professional and kind.
Has a few blemishes and excess glue. Shipping time and price was kinda of high.

Delay of order...
Ordered a frame for a Christmas gift. The frame was out of stock but I wasn’t notified. Ordered a second frame to replace original order. When the package arrived, it was the wrong frame. (Even rabbet depth and measurements were wrong.) When I called to say that I had received a frame in error, I learned that the second frame I had ordered was also out of stock. Very disappointed!
Ordered on Dec 8th - paid on Dec 9th - status hasn’t changed. Message states delivery Dec 16th. No delivery or update. Not sure what the problem is

The online store was very well designed and informative. The product configuration process provided lots of options. I ordered a print of my own image and a frame. I had high hopes for a great result, but it turned out extremely disappointing. The box came severely damaged. Fortunately there was enough spacing inside that the frame was intact. However the print turned out much darker than the image I provided. Someone should have contacted me about this issue before framing it. The quality of the frame material was good, but the cover sheet on the back was bulging out more than 1/2 inch. It will keep the frame from leaning flat against the wall. There were loops installed for the hanging wire and wall hooks provided, but there was no wire. Now I have to make another print somewhere else to replace the dark print myself. I will remove the bulging backing sheet and get a wire. The company sent me a reply to my review through Trustpilot. They offered to provide a replacement or refund. However I already replaced the print and mat myself for $250 at a local store. Nevertheless I appreciate their follow up and offer. I'm changing my review to 3 stars.
