This is one of the worse frame I ever bought. The material is flimsy and cheap, the wood is gonna bend if i ever try to hang the poster on the wall. they didn't even included the wire to hang it. awful product.
I appreciated that I could get both a frame and a canvas print at once place. Lots of options, which was great. The one I chose seems to have the “wood” finish printed on rather than actual wood grain, which isn’t really the look I was going for. However, if you look at it from a distance, it doesn’t look bad. The packaging was great!
I placed an order a month ago. It was in stock when I ordered and my confirmation email gave me a delivery date of roughly a week from the time I ordered. After a week went by from my scheduled delivery date I reached out to customer service to see what the hold up was. I was informed that they actually didn’t have the materials in stock to make the frame but they had just gotten them and it would be made and shipped ASAP. That was 2 weeks ago now and it still hasn’t shipped.
Received my frame today and it is just as pictured when ordered. I love it! It was very easy to order by rabbet depth which made it helpful in narrowing down framed to fit my painting on canvas. Needed a smidge deeper but didn't have anything I liked so went with next size down. It really is beautiful - lots of helpful info on the website.
Easy to order. Quality is very good. Shipping cost is high.
There used to be more custom wood frame options.
The product is well-engineered to “work”. It assembles nicely, with easy-to-follow instructions. The product looks beautiful. Recently, I thought I had a problem and Customer Care was ready to replace the product. Turned out all was fine.
It is easy to pick what you need. They are esy to put together.
I always appreciate the quality of these frames. I've bought many over the years and am always pleased with how they look. The only thing I'd suggest is making them available for local pick-up by customers who live in the area. The $50 charge for shipping gets very expensive especially when they are a short drive away for me.
Ordered the wrong size frame. Within 10 minutes, I sent customer service an e-mail stating my mistake. I received an email back from CS. They stated that they would delete the frame and too get back on your site to reorder the correct size. I just received the frame size CS stated they deleted. I reordered the frame in the black & gold metal in a 33 1/4 x 14 1/4 (final size) what is going on?
Perfact corners, 0 gaps... made to the dementions I requested!... BTW, Happens every time I buy a frame and I thin I've bought 3 or 4

Customer service is outstanding and the frames are perfection. I buy a lot of floater frames because I paint and need frames for my canvases. I have tried a few companies and pictureframes.com has a great selection and at a great price. Bonus is that it’s delivered assembled to my door.

I liked Stephanie, very pleasant, helpful and understanding, What I absolutely hated was that I had placed an order in January, over 2k$ in frames that was supposed to be delivered by the end of january, It never shipped because you were out of stock and no one made me aware of this, In order to get an update on my order I had to call you...oh were out of stock...causing me to have to replace the order with a different frame to take care of my customer within their time frame. its a poor system, IF your out of stock and cannot complete an order within the time frame the customer should be notified.
