The product is absolutely beautiful, however when it arrived one of the pieces of my patio circle was broken I contacted paving superstore customer services over ten days ago and I still have not received the replacement tile, I have had limited contact in response to my emails. This has caused massive delays to my garden project. I B was told on the phone that’s on the 3rd of august that it would be dispatched straight away.
The information typed on the page disappears. For example when I go back to add additional information to company contact details, the information I typed for delivery address disappears.
AVOID !! Dreadful!! I would highly recommend NOT using this organisation: 1. We ordered one month ago, and they still didn't get the tiles on agreed day of order despite taking an additional £25 for a specific delivery time. Nothing was mentioned about a delay due to Covid19, if there was what would be the point of paying for a specific delivery?! The reason the tiles were not delivered was because the delivery company did not have the stock from Paving Superstore to deliver, even though they had nearly one month order time to get it arranged! 2. Nobody tells you you aren't getting the order : we had builder waiting and being paid, 2 people waiting to help unload ( as specified you have to have). When I spoke to MD explained why I was so unhappy all he gave was excuses: classic case of they have your money and don't care about any kind of customer service 3. You can't get through to anybody on the telephone to find out what is going on: I have called twice in past 2 days: first day I waited 1hr 1 min as I was 8th in queue, today I was 11th in queue and had to wait just on an hour. 4. They accept no responsibility for no show delivery - blaming everything everyone else. 5. So far, the first pack of two tiles we have opened - chip on top corner of tile. These are expensive porcelain tiles ... I would definitely not recommend - and looking at other reviews on here, we're clearly not the ones who have had dreadful experience.
I have not yet received the item i purchased. in spite of various communications with supplier and DHL where the item has been sitting since the 6th of August due to a mix up with postcode nothing has yet happened. I am thus waiting !!
Only place that I could get slabs I needed which was great. Delivery was within 10 days during covid delays. I did not get a dispatch advice mail, I had to contact them for update re delivery schedule, but the delivery happened on date they advised. Would buy again from here.
Fast an efficient delivery. Excellent product
Delivery arrived but was not left with us. No communication as to why this happened. Waited in the next day for the delivery. When it arrived it was minus one pallet. The reason for not leaving it the day before was apparently that a pallet had been dropped and broken. So I am asked do I want the 2 pallets to be left with me and another one that is in stock will be have an expedited delivery. That was a week ago and I have received no communication since!!! Not a happy customer ☹️
Ordered over a month ago. Not delivered. Called sat on hold for 30 minutes. They said they’d send another one, still not here. And yet again, it hasn’t arrived.
The grey rattan garden storage bench we ordered is great for our balcony. It was easy to put together (required two of us), well made and sturdy. It fits into the space at the end of our small balcony perfectly.
Good service, they didn’t have what we originally ordered in stock, but were very quick at contacting us and giving us options. Which worked out to save us money. Only thing we didn’t like was the curb side drop for delivery - didn’t know it was optional. Which saw 4 pallets being delivered but left on the pavement. Which meant we had to move them all by hand.

Really pleased with the product (Corten steel water bowl) Gave a 4* due to a small dent on the rim. Feel this maybe down to fragile packaging
Beautiful, quality product exactly as shown/described on website. Love it! Only dropped a star because problem receiving confirmation email when first purchased, which was important because advised of long lead time between purchase and delivery. After raising the issue, eventually sorted by dogged customer services.
