Placed my order on Sunday 13th of September with no issues. Received an “order update” on September 15th to say the order had been dispatched. Waiting a week with absolutely no update so decided to message on the 22nd to be told they were very sorry & that it would be with me by the 25th at the latest. Messaged them the day before to say what time roughy tomorrow to expect it as I have landscapers waiting for it, and the member of staff couldn’t even be bothered to respond. She made the delivery company call me to say it would now be delivered on Tuesday 29th which is 2 weeks from dispatch date. Delivery company asked why we didn’t have quicker delivery if we needed it, and I explained that this wasn’t even an option, even though the delivery company are operating as normal. Pallet Plus were fantastic, responded well & delivered the items with no issue. Paving Superstore need to work on communication sadly, as more people will lose time and money like we did.

Great customer service, the paving I wanted was not in stock so advised of suitable alternatives. Arrived within 9 days as promised. Helpful delivery driver. A few of the paving slabs had cracks or chips (10%) but they are a natural product and the slightly imperfect ones will be used under the shed.

I was very pleased with a large steel garden bowl that I ordered on line. I wanted to use this to hold a solar-powered water feature, and it was just as I imagined it to be. It arrived quickly and without fuss. Given that the price included delivery it was in my view, good value.

Scam Artists. Won't take back product which was wrongfully sent and trying to charge me £320 for a return / exchange. Clearly taking advantage of people on returns policy. Be vary wary or preferably DO NOT USE!

The team are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and go the extra mile on service. Issues out with their control were dealt with professionally, and I was kept fully informed at all times. Communication is everything in business, but is unfortunately becoming a rare commodity with a number of businesses nowadays. A pleasure to deal with and a big thank you to the team.

Having paid for an item in June, promised a dispatch on 3 occasions let down each time and only being told of this when I chase the company, I am totally fed up and disappointed. The customer service is non exsistant! Not so much as a sorry on the later changes, I totally understand we have delays due to Covid but over 3 months without any updates is a joke, paving superstore poor show!!!! Update...without warning even following the tracking showing the item was in Birmingham. ( 105 mile from my home) Today a driver turned up with my order. ( luckily I was home) yet again despite paving superstore stating as soon as they get a date they will update me, it never transpired. But it’s here, I just hope when the rain stops and I open my package it is complete. Watch this space!

Easy selection of paving slabs. Easy to find and the price is good. Price is all inclusive, none of that "plus delivery and plus VAT" as beloved by builder's merchants.

Ordered paving slabs over 4 weeks ago, Finally got them today after 5 dates for delivery. Seemed to be excuse after excuse for the slabs not arriving, and always left to myself to chase, being left hanging on the phone for up to 55 minutes. Ordered from Paving superstore because the price seemed good, but after false promises of delivery times and dates it ended up costing more due to paying my builders to stand around waiting. The only reason that I haven't given 1 star is because when the slabs finally got here they are what I ordered and good quality

Ordered around 17m2 of limestone paving that was out of stock at local merchants. Took about 3weeks to arrive but given the Covid delays this is understandable. Pallet contained 1 broken slab and 3-4 with score marks which need addressing. Otherwise all fine and good quality. Delivery driver was helpful and courteous. I emailed for a delivery update a received a reply very quickly and the issue was resolved. I like to buy this type of material locally where you can see it first hand but was overall happy with the purchase. Thanks

Ordering process was easy but after that, it felt disorganised. Total disconnect between them and their delivery company, had to make multiple calls to them both and in the end delivery came much later than it should, even allowing for Covid
