I would not normally write another review. But this has to be said. This is truly a dreadful, dreadful company. Do your self a big favour and look elsewhere. I am still dealing with these incompetents for they’re own failings. Could not be more frustrating.
Very good quality delivered on time and in good condition.
Had our storage bench delivered earlier than expected. Very easy to assemble . We had a cover luckily to cover in winter as the foam seating does not fit in the storage area
The slabs arrived a day late and then quarter of one pack was smashed. Paving Superstore arranged for replacement slabs to be sent, but it took a week of calls and emails in order to organise replacements. We got the replacements in the end, but there was a bit of pain to get there.
Paving arrived within three days of ordering. Telephone query was answered immediately and very helpful.

I’d never ordered from the paving superstore before but was very impressed. Ordered online no problem. The next day I got an email saying the slabs I’d ordered were out of stock but they offered an alternative, that were beautiful. Got that sorted and the slabs were dispatched and delivered on time.
Paving Superstore weren’t able to supply our order within the expected time frame... Their lovely admin staff emailed to explain and offered everything from an immediate refund to an offer to explore alternatives. They went back and forth talking to suppliers about potential alternatives until they found one that was just what we needed and still had it delivered within their standard timeframes. Great and knowledgeable service.
