Poor service didn't have what I ordered had to order dif slabs but no one contacted me I had to contact them to find out what is happening with my order .I was told they would come on the tue but they never arrived until the frid .
Shocking communication between paving superstore (PS)and delivery company Promised delivery from PS but no contact from delivery company When eventually got hold of delivery company after 3 missed delivery dates was told still waiting for date from PS despite PS having promised dates

Couldn't be happier with the service. The Slabs were delivered 1 week earlier than the initial estimated delivery date. The driver also went above and beyond and drove his 26ton 8 wheeler lorry up an incredibly tight lane in order to deliver direct to our house. Many other drivers would have simply refused.
Very please with the tiles and the price. Delivery took somewhat longer than expected and advertised but thankfully I wasn't in a rush. I needed to contact them a couple of times to chase up the delivery.

The delivery leaves a lot to be desired......orders didn’t come as they said and then quantities was incorrect! Wasted time having people to take the delivery and then not showing up! Got told you cant have express delivery but then got told I have to wait for my delivery because priority goes to the express delivery’s!?

My order is nearly 8 weeks ago and I have only been told today it will be delivered on Friday and I only found this out because I phoned. I'm now being asked to review something I haven't received yet. Let's hope all goes well Friday
We found the service to be very professional and friendly and our telephone call regarding a forward delivery slot was answered quite quickly . The delivery turned up on the required date as requested.
Delivered within 5 days when other companies either didn't have in stock or was taking up to 10 weeks for delivery. Kept informed the whole way during order.

Good choice of products, I have ordered lovely modak rose sandstone from them. Online ordering process doesn't give an option to choose weekend (Sat) delivery - this is however available at extra cost, I found this out when I called them slightly desperate to receive my order before the spell of sunny weather comes to an end. Wish I knew this was possible right from the start. It all worked out well for me, I ordered online on Mon and got my sandstone delivered on Sat. Good comms and will use them again if need arises.
We bought the 800mm fire bowl. It arrived more quickly than advertised. It looks strong and is a lovely shape. Much better price than elsewhere.

Small print allows delivery drivers to leave your pallet in the middle of the pavement causing a H&S issue even when there is a large clear driveway 1 foot away where could have been left safely. Don’t bother complaining to the company though as their Director will not be interested, blame you and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
