We ordered the 100cm fire pit (almost £50 cheaper than other stockists for the same one which is a big positive) and expected to wait 8-10 weeks for delivery as noted on the website. However, it was with us within 2 weeks. A nice surprise. Although there was only a little packaging around the rim and the base (which we thought was a bit cavalier) the fire pit is heavy duty so hadn't taken any knocks. Looks wise it is stunning. Very heavy and well made. We have placed it in position and it looks fabulous. Simple but stylish. Really looking forward to using it this weekend. We are very pleased. Thank you Paving Superstore.

One of the most incompetent experiences I have ever had in ordering any item! We have just had to put a building team on hold after waiting for repeated promised delivery times, costing a fortune. Since making the order one month ago, Paving superstore has failed to communicate a concrete delivery time. We have spent at least 12 hours of phone calls and emails over one month on this one order. They were very fast to invoice me £4,400 and take the money.

Great products and prices but we were never informed about the delivery date by the carrier, so I knocked down one star.
Very good, ordered online, received email confirmation, all ok, only niggle tried to phone with query and waited over 20 minutes on the phone and gave up, emailed query instead.
Quality products at a reasonable price
I was notified by phone the day before delivery, and the pallet was delivered as notified the very heavy pallet was placed where I wanted on my drive. The driver was very helpful as there were vehicles parked nearby. Very pleased with the service but have not tried to lay the pavers yet.
Excellent from start to finish. They were helpful over the phone when asked to confirm the stock availability, and then once order was placed and being processed they phoned to confirm delivery arrangements and checked logistics. The delivery company they used were on time and helpful as well - they negotiated part of my gravel drive and deposited the palette of patio slabs in my garage, which was extremely helpful. Package was intact and all slabs were in great condition. I took their advice and sealed the sandstone slabs immediately which has meant a lovely waterproofed finish. I researched the prices and they were competitive. First class experience.
The product is good. The price is good. The delivery was good. I almost got what I ordered but this is being sorted. There was a delay in providing the order and a regular update would have been appreciated instead of me having to chase it especially when you phone up and are number 9 in the queue. Overall though, I am satisfied.

Ordered on 2nd August, told me it was dispatched on 4th August, today is the 26th August and still haven't received anything, order status on palletplus was saying "at collection hub", now it says "incomplete consignment", contact form obviously goes nowhere as no response in 2 days, if I don't get any response by the weekend I will be charging back on my credit card. I understand the covid situation but when they say 7-10 days and I hear nothing for 24 days then that's poor service in my opinion.

I feel mean not giving more than three stars because while customer service warranted a higher rating, I could not say the overall experience was 'Excellent' or 'Great', This is entirely down to being delivered 11 out 48 paving slabs broken. They were replaced in seven days, but it meant delays to the job which is a cost to someone. Apparently, our slabs were transported some 6,000 miles from India to the UK already packaged up on a pallet ready to be delivered to us so were not quality checked by Paving Superstore. Note, these slabs were stacked VERTICALLY. Imagine the stresses on the slabs from Britain's under-maintained roads alone. The replacements were packed in the UK on a pallet HORIZONTALLY. As difficult as it is, I advise everyone to try and check every delivery as comprehensively as possible, but sign for delivery as 'unchecked' if not.
The wrong patio was delivered twice. The courier was sent on the wrong day. Paving Super store did not have the correct patio in stock. The website showed the wrong patio. I do have time to write the rest of the companies errors
