Im absolutely disgusted that ive had to pay redelivery £150 even though we were told on phone by there delivery firm that the best thing to do was send the order back as paving superstore had opted for the cheapest delivery and could only leave on grass verge this is a green belt area and i was fined for parking 2 wheels of my car on grass by council i explained all this to the delivery man i spoke to who phoned his boss who i explained same too I want to know the delivery company and details of ombudsman as this is a disgrace and im putting a complaint in i have also asked for proof that redelivery costs £150 pound

Superb customer service from this supplier! Large item arrived within only days of ordering, direct from manufacturer. I was expecting to wait much longer due to covid19.

I had a very good service experience with this company when I approached them with a query. The delivery was also very much faster than expected, so I am very happy.

Ordered clay pavers which were going to take some weeks due to covid19 which was OK, but missed an e mail regarding a request as to if we had forklift capability, which we have. The problem was that after two weeks no one chased up that request so the order was put on hold without me knowing. I would suggest after 5 working days a phone call from you would get the ball rolling again instead of silence. The order got moving again after I had called and was duly booked in by Pallet Plus for Thursday and never arrived. Rang you and was booked in the following Tuesday, possibly Wednesday. Never arrived. Rang you and was booked in Friday, never arrived, was promised Saturday and the 3 pallets finally arrived at 8 am. Obviously the current situation is not ideal and I got on with other jobs in the meantime but not exactly a seamless experience. A phone call to chase up the email I missed after a few days would help and may be an explanation from Pallet Plus would have smoothed the way a little. The product looks ideal

The paving arrived with a generic driver who didn't have sufficient equipment to handle this type of load,. The pallet weight nearly fell off the tailgate and couldn't handle the weight, he tried various ways to stop the tailgate bending and the steel you could hear straining under the pressure, once he managed to get them off the truck, he had a hand loading fork lift hydrolic machine that he admitted was out of power! (not his fault his company gave him inferior tools) and as such it couldn't get over a small bump to get to the garden, and he had to keep adjusting to lift the weight each time the wood breaking. As a result we have many slabs broken, and I'm yet to receive a response after contacting the company. Some of the slabs are broken on the corners as they're fragile so having each one better protected would be advisable.

Website stated up to 28 days for delivery but item arrived on day 7. Well packaged and at the lowest price I could find by a long run.

Excellent service throughout

Aweful company. Took my money and sold me a product that did not exist and then charged me £300 extra to buy an alternative after cancelling. They then tried to deliver to a residential address on a 26tonne 40ft artic, guess what it didn’t fit down the road. They then refused to pay for redelivery and claimed it was £200 more than the actual haulage cost. Rouge trader avoid like the plague.

Easy website, product as described and priced fairly. Delivery excellent, good communication and helpful driver from pallet plus. It was implied that the delivery was kerb side, however driver used pump pallet lifter and dropped where requested. Only one complaint, we had a broken paver, the delivery driver made a note and took photo. I assumed that when I called Paving Superstore, a replacement or reimbursement would be in hand but I have been advised that a photo is required to substantiate claim, I will now have to liaise with Pallet Plus to get a photo, surely the 2 companies should liaise and resolve this issue between them and compensate the customer accordingly

The item was delivered, the only comment I would make is that there was no communication as to delivery dates or any other communication.

After reading a lot of reviews on this website I was initially a bit apprehensive of using it. However I am pleased I gave them a shot as I have not had any issues, prices were very good and delivery as expected and on time. I think as an intermediate company a lot of reviews are probably due to availability which tends to be from the source side, that being manufacturer of the slabs especially this year as everyone is doing their gardens. I would recommended you to give them a go.

Just bought a mixed tile pallet on a really good discount. I love the measurement feature because I could work out how much I needed. I also liked that I could compare prices by the square metre to check how much I would spend but also to compare it to other sites. I was kept informed that it was out of stock until the end of the month. I was emailed alternatives but decided to wait for my chosen tiles. As it turns out they had a cancellation and was offered a delivery date two days later. They are now on my drive waiting for the thunderstorm to clear so we can make a start. Can't wait until I can sit outside on my new patio. Great and quick service

Quick delivery and great products

Great experience with Paving Superstore. Not only did they offer the best price for what I wanted (black limestone) , but they allow you to split packs rather than paying for more than you need. All arrived very quickly, even in the middle of this pandemic. Very well packed to prevent damage etc. We are delighted with the end result Thoroughly recommend
