Waited over a week for delivery only delivered when I emailed to remind them

Process was simple. Ordered what 4 pallets of paving online. Called customer service a few times to check up on delivery - they were always friendly and helpful. Product was delivered as expected. Would recommend.

Avoid! Go elsewhere. Ordered some paving slabs for a project in early Aug mainly due to the promise of a 5-7 working day delivery. When I had heard nothing from the company by working day 5 I rang to enquire and was informed there had been an issue but that the slabs would be delivered by working day 7 which was great as the builders were already booked. I also received an email stating that my delivery was on its way. By 4 o'clock on day 7, after having no delivery or communication from the supplier or delivery driver, I again rang to enquire what was the matter. I was informed that there was another issue which could not be specified at the time and that someone would ring me back. I waited until just before closing time for a call back and when none had came I rang but was put through to voicemail. So I left a message asking to be called back first thing in the morning to discuss a full refund as my builders were booked and this company's failure to deliver was delaying my project and costing me money. Come the morning, I received no call within the first 30 minutes of office opening hours so my builder took charge and rang. Turns out the pallet of slabs was lost and that they could not guarantee a delivery date but it may be tomorrow or 2 days time. Seeing as their original delivery promise went unfulfilled, I opted for a full refund and luckily sourced some slabs, which were not want we wanted but needed getting as the builders were on site ready to go. The only thing that was delivered quickly was the refund.

After waiting for three months for a order from another company and having to council it because they said they couldn't get it I found that this company was a lifesaver I ordered my items and they were here fast I found them reliable friendly polite and efficient I will not be going elsewhere again.

Purchased 2 sets of paving during lockdown. Both delivered within 5 days, well packaged on pallets. Paving was excellent quality and looks beautiful now it has been laid. Would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a fire bowl back at the start of lockdown, and received an email to say there would be a delay until the start of July but I wouldn't be charged until then. By the end of August, still no sign of it, despite having been charged! To be fair, once I emailed about this, the product turned up within 48 hours, but it was a shame it wasn't picked up earlier, as I'm not sure it would have been sent had I not got in touch. The product itself was lovely.

We ordered sett type stones to the value of £190, on their site the picture of the stones was a dark rust colour which matched perfectly with other stones in our garden. When the setts were delivered and we opened the pallet most of the setts were of a light grey colour only a handful were the colour required. We phoned the company and informed them that under distance selling regulations we required the setts uplifted.They agreed to uplift the setts however they are trying to charge us £110.00 for uplift! £110.00 uplift for £190.00 worth of stones, rip off merchants! Next stop trading standards. Do not use this company.

I paid for flags and was told 2-3 weeks delivery back at start of July. Rang back 4 weeks later , was told delivery to be following which never arrived ( that was 3 weeks ago ) . All in all it’s been 8 weeks and still nothing, very disappointing, can’t finish garden .

Apart from an error with my online payment, which was handled promptly and once sorted everything on my order progressed speedily. Unfortunately the tiles were out of stock and awaiting delivery but would take 14-21 days but Paving Superstore managed to get them in under 10 days. Excellent Service, Attention and Notification

The paving set was just what we wanted. Unfortunately the pallet on which it was shipped had collapsed and the delivery company had to decant the slabs onto two smaller pallets. When I unpacked the slabs one was broken. However the Paving Superstore dealt with this in a friendly and professional way so I ended up happy

Easy to order with enough stock for my project, kept upto date with delivery date of limestone pavers, the delivery driver was very accommodating and after unpacking 3 ton of mixed sizes only 4 had broken in transit which can be used for the cut-out pieces, very pleased with the riven finish just waiting for a day of nice weather to seal them.

I ordered two packs of Castle grey and pure grey as described in your advert the pitcher clearly shows two different grays. I received two packs of pure grey several of witch were broken I was very disappointed and made a complaint I was told that castle gray and pure grey are the same colour. I think your advert is very misleading.. Very upset Mr Gary Shenton

No problem ordering. Needed to chase up delivery date but once I did they were brilliant and confirmed within the day, after chasing the order and liaising with the delivery guys. Excellent product and really good quality. Would recommend.

I'm sure under normal circumstances this company is a great one, I placed an order on the 24th July and I still haven't received my order when it should have been delivered a couple of weeks ago. I understand that some items are taking longer to get delivered and I'm not holding that against them but I'm a strong believer of customer service and when I have to give them a ring to find out where my order is and then carry on waiting to hear from the delivery people I'm not a happy customer. Their customer service have let them down massively.
