Great customer service I’d say great service is always #1 Your cell service is very clear…works better than my old one did. I will say I was not planning on getting another cell service after I left Verizon…and I didn’t for 10 years until I saw you ads on Real Americas Voice.

I only gave 4 because they could not tell me why I lost service for 2 days. In their defense I did upgrade, after running out of data, in the middle of the month which contributed to the issue. I never got the why Verizon stopped my call and text, after upgrading my data.

Very courteous people to work with. Service great. Absolutely no problems during several years of use.

Patriot mobile is great with who they support etc w their $$ being patriotic is important to us The service is pretty good but not always the results as it has taken a few times to get things fixed but that's understandable with a relatively new company of any kind

My biggest praise is based on the most simple of reasons. I can clearly understand the person on the other end of the phone call! Their voice is clear and they speak English! I am all about supporting America! I look at everywhere I spend a dollar and I strive for USA always! I will never support a "woke" organization either! Keep up the great work supporting Conservative Christian values!

Patriot Mobile has helpful and kind employees that go the extra mile to serve you. This is the type of customer care more companies should provide.

I'd had a problem pop up with my debit card and it had to be cancelled and a new card issued. And I had forgotten that my Patriot bill was paid with my debit card. And all of a sudden, my phone bill hadn't been paid and I didn't know why. I called Patriot Mobile and we figured it out together. I gave them the new card info and got it settled immediately. Totally my fault but they helped me get it fixed and we all had a laugh at my stupidity.

I am so grateful I switched to Patriot Mobile! I'm saving a significant amount of money, and the customer service I have received from Day 1 has been outstanding. When I had a problem with coverage in rural America with the T-Mobile SIM card, it was easy and painless to switch to the Verizon SIM card so I had proper coverage. I've never had a problem since then! I also appreciate all you do to tackle the political problems of our county head on. Keep up the fantastic work!!

Patriot as always been knowledgeable when answering my questions. There service is top of the line. My husband & myself refers them to everyone who ask.

I know it is just phone service, but it is a good bonus for the proceeds of the company directed towards Christian ideas than something "woke".
