The service area is good however it does rely a lot on Wi-Fi and when I leave my home it doesn't automatically just go straight to working on the phone service side of it I always have to take it in and out of airplane mode so it will connect with the real world that leaves me unreachable until I realize that the phone is not connected properly with available Towers

I was very worried about having dropped calls and out of service areas and I’ve had none of that! I’ve been very pleased. Even more pleased with how much money I’m saving from leaving Verizon!
