Coverage when away from wifi is spotty

I am very Happy W/ Patriot mobile. I have had your service for a few years. The service has defiantly improved since I replaced my sim card. The first sim card only used T-Mobile towers but now have the Patriot sim card and I get much better coverage. I was surprised when I called for help and a US based agent answered the phone, No AI or outsource help. As a conservative I appreciate the causes that they donate to. Only costing $45 a month doesn't hurt either.
The gentleman was very nice - I had a quick question - he answered it fast and nicely.
