I switched from puretalk to patriot mobile and have had nothing but problems. The phone I got (right from the beginning) is not working right so i called to exchange or return it and they wouldn't do anything for me. It turned out its a returned phone (I wonder why!) That they turned around and sold to me. Beware of this company, they will send you a damaged phone and there signal sucks. I'm going back to puretalk. I lost over $1000 by switching and got a damaged phone with only 14 day return window that I just missed and they wouldn't even exchange it
Just knowing where a portion of the money goes is what made me want to be with patriot mobile. God Bless America and thank you so much
Last year's i emailed PM on the lack of cellular connectivity. It turned out to be a nation wide cellular disconnect. YOU NEVER RESPONDED. Your commercials (Sev Gorka etc) say u are patriots and that is why I switched over to you. NOT impressed by your lack of TIMELY customer service. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER....YOU AIN'T THE ONLY GAMEIN TOWN. I WILL CONSIDER GOING WITH ANOTHER CELL SERVICE IC I DONT GET A TIMELY RESPONSE TO THIS COMMENTARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love all of the things this company stands for. They are important to me as well. We unfortunately had unexpected issues transferring our "old" phones.
