I like what you stand for, and why you are in business. That said, one of our lines stopped being able to send or receive texts from certain phones, and also unable to send any texts with images about 3 months into service. This was never resolved, and we thought there was something wrong with the phone. However, we just switched to a different carrier (which we would rather not do), and immediately the issue is resolved. So it wasn't the phone, but rather the service. I feel like this was avoidable, but here we are.
Excellent response and assistance on phone conversations. They were patient with someone who is definitely computer illiterate.
Your customer service has exceeded expectations. I especially like the fact that the bill is paid on the same date no matter what day of the week it is. I also find that your monthly charges are very reasonable. I do appreciate, finally, that you have been supportive of those on the "conservative" side of the aisle

I love my Patriot mobile!! I am saving $65.00 a month between my husband and myself. Their service is absolutely top notched and most of all Conservative and Christian. Don't hesitate to change! I am sure glad I did. We are on SS and every little bit helps!!

Excellent Service Your company supports my values as a Christian American. I’m happy to have an alternative. Last year, I went on a trip with several relatives to Oregon. They all had different carriers, Patriot Mobile was the only service that worked consistently.

I love that you are a conservative company. I have experience alot of problems with services that are not available and switching towers and getting service will I am working. It is very frustrating to get no help and waiting an extremely long time to getting a issue resolved.

Since the day I switched and got the free phone offer they've been quick, courteous and kind. It cost a few bucks more a month, but with a better phone than the worn out one I had I'm completely satisfied. Service is great and they assist you and take care your issue with no questions. They're exactly as advertised.
We love having our questions answered by friendly people who speak English in a manner that we can understand. Also equally important to us is that none of the money we spend at Patriot Mobile is going to left wing / Anti-American causes. Additionally, the price we pay is much better than when we were w/a different carrier.
