I've been with Patriot Mobile for a few years now and have never had a problem with their service. And I still pay far less than I had been with Verizon.
I have experienced a few times where my service is dropped segments of time when it seemed my phone locks. I leave the phone for an hour or more than my service resumes. Yesterday was one of those times for about 3 or more hours. The carrier service was Verizon. Do you switch towers a lot. January 6 2025
The rep. I spoke with was very helpful in transferring our service to Patriot Mobile. I was drawn to this Company because it's ran and owned by Conservatives. It's also saving us money!
Appears that using Verizon carrier through Patriot puts us on a lower tier and that affects my reception in my area.
PM did very well by me. Your service was very good, my cell phone service was covered. I liked your announcements regarding events. I have a supplier who has my TV, email and landline phone. They offered me a bundle which included my cell phone for a better rate. Since I'm on a limited budget, it was necessary to change. Otherwise, I would not have left PM. Thank you for great service.

Switched over to Patriot mobile from one of the other major providers. The experience has been extremely pleasant. The staff is very helpful. It makes me feel that I made the right decision.
I have an update as a customer with Patriot Mobile since September 2024. I am the happiest that I have ever been with any mobile carrier I've ever had! Please take my word when I say that this is one company that is great! I wrote my first review in 2024. I had some initial problems getting my service up and running due to the fact that I live in a rural area. PM stuck with me and had supervisors and tech people work out the problem immediately. They had a new SIM card overnighted to me at their expense and I've had perfect service ever since! I live on a fixed income and my bill is the same every month and the lowest I've ever had for a mobile carrier. I get no spam mail either. PM is the best company I do business with! Please have faith to switch to PM. Talk with them, do some research and you will come to find out how great they really are. Make American mobile Great Again! <3
Patriot Mobile as a company has trained its staff to be polite, helpful, and willing to help with solutions. We have received prompt return phone calls when needed. Their prices are lower than competitors and they are very credible! We love this company!
I like helping out a company that is for America and treating their customers well. Hope to getting a better phone later.
The bonus from choosing Patriot Mobile was experiencing your customer service. Your people know how to listen and are patient and knowledgeable. Your rates are so much better than Verizon, but the main reason I was instantly sold on PM is because it is a veteran company, that it does not give money to Planned Parenthood and other liberal organizations. You are doing a great job. Never a problem with service. AT&T is a different matter. They keep sending me updates, even after I told them not to. Messes may phone all up. Have to ask a GEN Xer to put it back. TRUMP 2025! 5 million less stupid voters today !

I am so pleased that I switched from Verizon to Patriot Mobile last year. Not only is it less expensive but I've had no issues whatsoever with the company's reliability and customer service.
I need to see the savings. So no 5 stars yet. I believe in the conservative and Christian mission and getting the same service but I want to see the savings and I want to see if I can lower my use of internet costs.
It always seems to work. I have never had a problem with using this network.
I had dead spots on my reception, and dont like my bill going up all the time.
