Great company! I have never had a issue with service so far. Honest company, my bill has been the same every month, no surprise fee's or changes. When setting up service was able to call and talk to someone right away and they were very quick to help. Always returned calls in timely manner. Could understand who I was speaking with and they were always very kind and friendly.

The best phone carrier, hands down. No negatives at all of any kind.

I traveled to Toronto, Canada Monday through Thursday this week and I had a very unfortunate experience not having internet service. I was trying to navigate directions in my rental car and was driving blind. The worst part is I spoke with A Pat Mobile service person and they added extra service to my plan that ended up being worthless. Sadly, I’m going to have to consider switching to another provider that can meet my travel needs.

I have heard and read wonderful things about Patriot Mobile. I had endeavored to try advancing to a "Smart phone, as I had been using a "Jitterbug cell" and ordered the Galaxy on Dec.6, 2024. I had made several calls to Patriot Mobile on receiving your cell to help us through the activation process. All of your representatives were kind and willing to assist in the "activation" process. I was advised to go on Utube, as my husband and I were not proficient in "all things Tech" I am 75 and he is 81. We could not keep up with the utube videos on"how to operate the Galaxy" it was hard to follow and created much stress. I called customer service and they helped us resolve the return. We are so blessed to know that Patriot Mobile was empathetic to our situation, I have told many friends and family about how great you were in helping us. Thank you for your integrity and help.
