Book Ahead: After you’ve selected a parking facility in the ParkWhiz mobile app or on parkwhiz.com, book a space and prepay for the time you need. You’ll receive a parking pass with instructions to help you park easily. Park Then Pay: For more flexibility, use the ParkWhiz app to pay at select parking facilities without booking ahead. Start a session in the app once you’ve parked, stay as long as you need, and control payment from your phone instead of stopping at the pay station. ParkWhiz for Alexa: Find parking hands-free on any device enabled with Amazon Alexa. Just say “Alexa, find parking” and get a parking recommendation based on where you’re going and when. ParkWhiz for Alexa works both in-car and in-home so you can find parking while focusing on driving or other tasks. Download the ParkWhiz app, available for iOS and Android.
We loved the extra parking for the high-top trucks.
Nice and easy!
Easy to find. Friendly attendant.
First time using parkwhiz and parked in the lot adjacent to Amalie Arena. Direct access to Thunder Alley. Enjoyed game 2 of the Stanley Cup finals with no stress of worrying about parking like other games we been to.
Convenient and close by my hotel.
Easy in and out, convenient elevators
It was a very good parking experience. It was very convenient and close to Pier 33. Park Whiz made the whole transaction seamless.
The only thing that was frustrating was that it was cheaper to drive up than to buy through ParkWhiz. Also, said sold out one day when it wasn’t. Other than that, it is convenient.
Went great as always!!
We hadn’t been to a Tiger game in quite some time. And we wanted to park close to the field and not pay a ton either. This was so easy to order parking ahead of time!! And very costly and very convenient too!! We will be using this again and again for our parking needs! Thank you so much!!
It was excellent
This made parking really easy and we knew exactly how much it was going to cost in advance. The only negative was that the instructions for how to enter the garage were inaccurate. It said there would be an attendant to give us a ticket, but there wasn’t an attendant. Rather there was a self-scanner, which was really easy to use, but it took us a minute to see it and realize that was how we could enter. In the end, I would definitely use ParkWhiz again!
Everything was a breeze , esay access , easy getting out after the game and very easy to deal with the App and on line site.
I bought a monthly parking in Brooklyn via ParkWhiz, when I showed up at the parking garage, I was refused to accept my parking pass. The garage stated that my monthly fee wasn't high enough for them and unless I pay $81 difference extra on top of $300 that I have already paid they won't accept my ParkWhiz pass. I was sent back home with no parking. I contacted ParkWhiz and they refunded the money, but with no alternative to booking me somewhere else at the same price or helping to fix the situation. I am left now with no parking, need to spend extra time and effort to find something and still waiting for money to be refunded. The overall experience of the service is very negative and a complete waste of time! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you want to be sent on a wild-goose chase when your ParkWhiz pass is refused!
Easy in & out, ample event parking & able to reserve ahead of time! Can’t beat the app!
Game was rained out and Park Whiz credited my account. Thank You
Love using the ParkWiz app and website. Easy to use. Very helpful. Customer service is awesome!
This was awesome! Highly recommend!
We had to use the address to find the site on Clark because the garage sign is very discreet as viewed from the street. The employee was very efficient and the task of parking was eliminated. We appreciated using ParkWhiz for this busy location.
always a reliable partner in parking !
