Leaving the car off when we arrived was a very positive experience. I would give it 5 stars but picking up the car after the show ended was an absolute nightmare. We waited 1.5 hours in line and we were at the front of the long line. The management only assigned two staff members who were so apologetic and friendly. These two staff members had to retrieve each individual car via car elevators on the upper 6 floors then bring them down to us, one at a time. I do not blame these staff members, I blame the incompetent management company for their lack of oversight. I wished I checked the reviews before I booked our parking.

Garbage GARBAGE - DO NOT USE - This is a total scam. For 80$ they advertised parking onsite at a Flames Game at the Saddledome. It turns out the parking spot was well over 5 km away in a liquor store parking lot. Absolute shameful and disgusting service. This company is scam.

QR Code didn’t work, no parking attendant, no park whiz support anywhere. And parking on the spot was cheaper than app. SCAM!

Paid for two nites parking in Portland Maine and into citations on my car for twice the amount I paid originally. Park whiz says they can’t help. They’re useless then. They walk away. Would never use them again.

Purchased a parking ticket pass for a Bucks game. Got a QR code to use. Garage only took card or cash upon exit. No place to scan the code. Customer service was no help after the fact to get a refund. Feels like a total scam. Do not recommend!

Wish I could do a negative star. There was no way for me to enter the garage that I had paid for and their customer service is absolutely worthless/clueless. I learned my lesson and will never use them again.

This company is a total rip off. They sold me parking in a FREE parking garage and then when I contacted customer service, they refused to refund my money. Since I was able to park at the location, they decided that I had "redeemed" my parking voucher. They chose not to address the fact that they tricked me into paying money for something that was free. It took them 2 weeks to even bother to get back to me. Total scam! They should be shut down.

Fraudulent company. Reserved a prepaid spot. Upon arrival pass didn’t work -was told that parking garage was in no way connected to ParkWhiz and that many people show up there with the same scam. Called for refund and was told I wasn’t guaranteed one but they would look into it. WTH!

Used the Canadian site. Clicked on the address in the Peking pass email which took me to the wrong parking lot, got a ticket. They claim no responsibility but I have proof of their mistake.

Website doesn't work, parking should be free ofc. Can't even edit search on mobile or interact at all with site.

I purchased three parking passes this past weekend at three different garages. NONE of the parking passes worked and I had to pay again at the parking lots. How is it possible that ParkWhiz is still in business? Do not trust ParkWhiz - it is a fraudulent company

Purchase your concert parking and then when it doesn’t work they aren’t responsible, can get you a refund in 5 days or you can buy another and hope it works while you wait for your refund. Scam middle man

Fraudulent third party! Do not book through this company, when they inevitably charge an inaccurate and exorbitant amount onto your credit card, they are impossible to contact and you will have a hard time recovering money from the scam. Do not give them your CC number. Book directly with the lot, not a middleman I would trust again.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Worst experience ever. I paid for a couple hours of street side parking near St Bonifice hospital at the provided Pay station along the sidewalk. 4 days later my bank (CIBC) detects an attempted fraudulent charge of $1,249 and notifies me. We promptly deny the charges. Upon contacting CIBC, the support person indicated the attempted charge came from Affirm & the purchaser was Parkwhiz. So obviously they have internal staff using card information and to make personal purchases routed through Affirm in attempt to deflect the purchasers information. ********At all cost, DO NOT use your credit card for Parkwhiz!!!!!

I’m never using ParkWhiz again. Booked at lot in NYC on Friday and when I arrived they were full and said they don’t care if I have reservation through ParkWhiz. Same thing happened the next day. And then I booked another garage until midnight, but lot closed at 11pm and had to leave hockey game early. Now they’re trying to figure out how to not give me a refund. In NYC it’s clearly best to use App for parking garage, not third party app like ParkWhiz. Update on 12/7/24: After contacting ParkWhiz, I exchanged a half dozen emails with customer service to get a refund. After spending a lot of time, they finally issued a refund, but a couple days later they reversed the refund. The customer service is clueless as they first claim they couldn't find my parking even though I sent them screenshot from their App. THen they said I must not have paid with Apple Pay so I've sent them a screen shot of Apple Pay charges. Not only did I lose my money but I've wasted so much time.

I bought in advance to get a better price by paying $15 +fee and in the day of the reservation the price it was $9.99 +fee. I am not mentioning any difference between the online and drive-up rates. What is the advantage of using the online service in advance? None.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I pre booked a parking pass with them. The address provided to me was wrong. It was to a parking garage just apparently not the correct one. This left me scrambling to find parking on the street and late for my event. They offered me a refund on my account that I needed to create and will never use. They claim they cannot refund my credit card. Do not ever book with them! They are a scam!!! Save yourself the money and headache!!!

I have a Tesla Y, which is the same size as a Kia Sportage - crossover SUV - in other words - a hatchback. I brought the Tesla because I did see that "over sized vehicles will be subject to an additional fee". I also have a Toyota Tocoma - not a huge truck, but I thought - hmm, probably over sized. They charged me extra - of course I was in a hurry to get to the flight or I would have just gone elsewhere. While away my Tesla informed me I had a flat tire. When we told them our flight arrived I told them DO NOT MOVE THE CAR THE TIRE IS FLAT - I was going to call AAA. Well, moved and hosed off and parked out front. What the heck?!? Do you thank them for riding on the flat tire, because they gave it a shower? They get 2 stars because they did have pump and filled the tire for me. But, hmmm, maybe you could have done that before you ran on the rim. Will not use them again -

Site was down, no connection?? How ever ever other site and app worked perfectly. Overcharged for parking that I didn't receive. FRAUD straight up rip off, reporting to bank as unauthorized charge. No customer service. DO NOT USE THEM OR STUB HUB ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

Do not use this website. Waste of money and time. Poor customer service.
