Paid $27.oo in downtown Sacramento. When I returned to my vehicle, I had a $45.00 citation attached to my door. I had even placed my parking voucher on my dashboard, even though the reportedly check your license plate number to verify your parking.

I used ParkWhiz for NYC parking garage (36thSt and 6th Av). They overcharged my vehicle and when I complained to ParkWhiz there was no response. I will stick with SpotHero in the future. At least they stand by the price offered or at least respond to complaints.

Ticket master sent out link to park whiz and we assumed that all the local garages were on it. We got there and the address was not marked, there was no attendant and no way to park the car. We wasted 20 minutes driving around and finally had to park in a garage across the street. I am trying to get refund now. Save your receipts. This is a scam and there was plenty of available garages that we could have used without a reservation.

I used ParkWhiz to get a parking space on 200 Stuart Ave in Boston for a show last night for $14 which was a good price. But when I went to the garage it did not recognize either the ParkWhiz pass number or scan code. So I grabbed a parking ticket with my credit card since cars were lining up behind me. Then once parked I called for assistance and they said when you leave put your credit card back in to the machine but use your scan code to exit. That did not work either so I had to pay another $36 for a total of $50. I feel I was scammed and would not recommend ParkWhiz to anyone.

Registered to park for a Penguins game a week in advance. Couldn't log in to the site to register my license plate that they needed. Got nervous and had to make other arrangements. Finally replied to me after the event. Total scam. Avoid this site at all costs.

I am VERY PISSED OFF. I went to the Lions game Sunday ,14th, and when I tried to scan my code it said it had already been used. I showed up about an hour after lot opened and I never used. I had to pay an additional $65 to park. I will never use this site again. I don't like being scammed.

ParkWhiz charged me $25 when the posted rate for parking was $12. Also parking app didnt work to get me in to parking lot and even more of a headache to get out of parking lot. Took almost 15 minutes to let me out and there were a hundred upset vehicles behind me. Never again ParkWhiz!

Reserved parking when I got to the said garage I was supposed to park in my QR code will not scan and when the parking attending looked at my phone and seen the address associated with the place he treated me like I was trying to scam him because they did not match I ended up having to take a ticket and pay the full price even though I had an active booking there

Im very disappointed with the experience I received. The parking garage clearly marked the price and I was charged almost double the rate. I reached out to see if it was a miscommunication on my end but my support experience made the experience lesser. When contacting support, they chose to not answer my questions and even closing my chat after one minute of non-response- it took them over a day each time I answered a question from them.

I purchased a pass for a future event happening in March 2024 in St Louis Missouri. When I got my reservation email, it said we could not park until 5:00pm but the event is 2:00pm! I called them to ask about it and the lady on the phone was rude and argumentative. She kept saying "As I already told you, your event is at 7:00 pm and therefore can not be used until 5:00pm". I tried to explain that her information was incorrect, but she talked over me throughout the entire conversation. Extremely rude, scam in my opinion and overpriced! Look anywhere else for parking needs! I would give a 0 star review if I could!!!

I paid $36.58 (including tax) - rate was $33 I believe, to park in downtown Minneapolis for an event. When I got to the parking garage, it had a huge sign out front for $25 parking - so I paid OVER $10 MORE for the SAME garage!! Never again...

Used this company to book parking in a NYC garage. Entered the garage 25 minutes prior to the start time they required on the reservation. Went to pick the car up less than 20 hours later and they made me pay for 2 days parking, requiring an additional payment of $30 after paying $35 to ParkWhiz. The attendants left the car and took the keys away and told us they would call the police if we refused to pay. Immediately after paying and driving away I contacted ParkWhiz and they said this was a legitimate request since I entered before the reservation time. I told them when I rent a car at the airport and arrive 30 minutes early I am never charged for an additional day. They wouldn't budge on their decision or refund me the added payment amount. Be aware and use knowing this information. Not a company I would ever again recommend!

Bought a season long parking pass for the Teton Village ski resort. 3 days of skiing and have yet to not have a problem getting in and or out of the parking lot. License plate reader has worked once QR scanner has worked 2 times. I would not use this companies equipment in any form.

The gave me 2 parking tickets for Saturday and Sunday even though I paid using the app for the entire weekend and have receipts. I contacted their customer service and they told me that I have to send them receipts etc, a couple of days later they tell me I have to contact the garage myself and send them the same information I already sent to parkwizz because there is nothing they can do. Horrible service, now I have to email the parking garage for an issue that I didn’t create. Never using this app again.

My family arrived at the parking garage, waited 20 minutes in line & when it was our turn, we were rudely told by "Rob" that we could not park there; that I should have received a cancellation email & to contact customer service for a refund or an alternative lot to park at. I called customer service to find that they were closed due to a holiday (black friday?) and the text option on the app did not work. It took us 45 minutes to find our own alternative parking, pay additional money, and we were late for our show. Thumbs down!

Went to the Tampa Bay Lightning game and got 2 parking pass for the Amber Lot which at the times seemed like an amazing price only to find out that this parking lot was being asphalt and was not open to park in. Highly disappointed and will never use this Parkwhiz again. I will be letting everyone know to be cautious when using Parkwhiz.

The experience of booking and parking was excellent. However I felt taken advantage on pricing. On leaving the attendant scanned our ticket to show a fee of $116 for our 2 day stay. The ParkWhiz fee was $191, leaving me feeling gouged. I assume the garage didn’t classify my Evoque as a large SUV but ParkWhiz did. I don’t know if this an honest disconnect or a structural money grabbing practice of ParkWhiz.

Arrived at the parking area on time and the lot was chained shut with no attendant. I drove around multiple times and found no other entrance. I called Parkwhiz customer service and stayed on the line for about 20 minutes while driving around and nobody picked up. I ended up just getting different parking because I was going to be late to my event. Their app says that parking is guaranteed to be unobstructed, which was false advertising in this case. Their policy says no refunds if you decide to park elsewhere but has no option for if the parking was obstructed. I lost $20 and time waiting on the phone only to not receive any help. I was not at all happy with this experience and will not be using Parkwhiz again.
