About ParkWhiz

Book Ahead: After you’ve selected a parking facility in the ParkWhiz mobile app or on parkwhiz.com, book a space and prepay for the time you need. You’ll receive a parking pass with instructions to help you park easily. Park Then Pay: For more flexibility, use the ParkWhiz app to pay at select parking facilities without booking ahead. Start a session in the app once you’ve parked, stay as long as you need, and control payment from your phone instead of stopping at the pay station. My aunt and I attended a concert at the Enterprise Center and purchased parking to avoid having an issue at concert time. When we arrived the street with entrance to the lot was closed. I received an email AFTER I had already paid to park in an adjacent lot and was in the concert saying there was supposed to be an attendant flagging us into an alternate entrance-never saw that person. Trying to get a refund and they want a picture of the receipt from where we had to park -why? The point is I couldn’t park in the lot I paid for. We’ll see if I get my money back. I won’t be using Parking Whiz again.

The ParkWhiz app sent me to the wrong location for a concert! On their app they had the wrong address for the concert venue, and said parking was only a 10 minute walk away from the venue. After I parked, I found out it was actually a 30 minute walk to the *correct* location. I then had to drive to the correct venue and pay for parking there (not through ParkWhiz this time). After the event was over, I tried emailing their customer service for a refund, where I was stuck in a frustrating cycle of them denying my claims. Even after giving proof of the correct location (ie: link to the venue’s website and a screenshot of the address on google search and a screenshot of the venue’s website about page) the customer service argued with me, claiming their information was indeed correct. I even sent proof, not once but twice, yet each time they denied that their app had incorrect information. They simply claimed that because I was still “able to park” at the location, I would not be getting a refund. They sent me to the complete wrong location, yet I still had to pay for it? I’m just glad I didn’t start walking to the address the app said the concert was, because I would have ended up at who knows what random building and I would have missed my concert completely. I’m just glad I knew the area, and immediately knew I was in the wrong location once I parked, but if someone from out of town had this happen, they would not be so lucky. All this to say, I will never be using this company ever again, especially after the awful customer service experience I had with them straight up denying all of my claims. They could have simply said they would double check addresses from now on and update that one immediately to make sure this wouldn’t happen again, but instead, I felt like I was being gaslighted by a company when all of my proof was correct. EDIT: After 9 emails back and forth with their customer service—and giving different links and screenshots as proof every time—I finally got my refund. Even though they eventually gave me a refund, I should not have had to jump through so many hoops to prove I was correct. For that reason, I will not be using this company or parking app anymore.

Bought parking for a concert thru Ticketmaster and parkwhiz. Followed the Directions and parking QR was never “ready”. Got to the concert and couldn’t park! A friend in the car with my Purchased parking as I was talking to the parking attendant. Had a great time at the concert. I contacted Ticketmaster, they said contact parkwhiz. Spent two weeks emailing with customer service to be told sorry, not eligible for a refund because a passenger in my car purchased the new pass. What a waste of time and money. Next time I will park off site or use Uber if Parkwhiz is involved!!

ParkWhiz acquired BestParking. My experience was with the BestParking app, but Parkwhiz is equally culpable. Here is my experience. This company is run by fraudsters and is nothing more than a scam. God help you if you have a customer service problem. Unlike a service like AirBnb, where they try to work with you in good faith to resolve a legitimate problem, the company does the vanishing act. No one is available on the phone. The toll free number just disconnects you. The regulators, such as the local parking authorities should shut this company down.

It was half the price of the main site parking lot and only diagonally across the event. It took us awhile to figure out how to get in the garage since the doors were down and we couldn't get in. I saw a few cars that were having this problem and just drove away.

I booked a parking space in Austin for Monday morning July 8, right when Hurricane Beryl struck. I was unable to drive to Austin and could not cancel my booking in time. Parkwhiz help gave me clear instructions on how to file a refund. I did. Parkwhiz honored the refund and gave me credit to use within 1 year. Very decent and professional action by Parkwhiz!

Ticket #325710 I want to warn companies and people to refrain from using this parking company and much less from paying in advance. I hired a service for a concert and they processed my claim, knowing that it was sufficiently justified. But they only managed to respond: Apologies but we do not process returns when the service is purchased through third parties. Totally unfair and I will make sure to warn other users in every way possible.

I booked parking online. ($20) When I arrived there was not any empty spaces. I drove around for 20 minutes. Someone left a while later and I quickly took that spot but only luckily. Others were looking for spaces. There should be available spots for booked ahead reservations. You shouldn't have to drive around for 20 minutes only to "luckily" find a spot. If this person hadn't left , I wouldn't have gotten a parking space. What does one do if you pay for parking ahead of time and there are no spaces? Do you refund $ if there are no parking spaces?Something needs to be rectified here From the parking lot's owner. Please advise.

Reserved a spot in a parking lot but when I arrived there were zero spots available. I attempted to book another spot, but there were not any lots open in the vicinity. I also tried to call parkwhiz with no answer and was only able to leave a voicemail (Which I still have not received a call back 2 weeks later). It took me 30 minutes to find a spot in a non Parkwhiz lot and I was then late to my event. I called parkwhiz and tried to address this with them, but their extremely poor customer service would instead like to lose a customer. They had no answers of what I was supposed to do in this scenario, but instead that they can't do anything for me. Parkwhiz made a bad partnership with an unreliable lot and it is their responsibility to take care of their customer. They offered no compensation for the additional $70 I had to pay for a last second lot. Go to their competitors SpotHero instead because parkwhiz doesn't care about you. Look at their overall review, clearly I'm not the only one who they decided to lose as a customer.

This company is setup to scam anyone that uses them for parking. My experience was as bad as it could get the parking space that I reserved wasn't available when I got there no parking was available. I tried to get in touch with them but the app didn't respond. Finally I gave up but tried again later and had the same problem. I sent in an email explaining what happened and got the run around and I was finally told that they would not refund my money because didn't cancel in time Long story short after a few weeks of back and fourth I gave up and never got a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP

I paid in advance for parking at the 9th Street Garage. When I arrived the parking attendant said the app wasn't scanning and I would have to pay again. I showed them that I already paid, but they said Parkwhiz is a 3rd party company and I would have to submit a request for a refund. I did so and the auto email said await 3-5 business days for a decision. Krista Mae from the company reached out and requested I show proof of a bank statement that I paid for the parking. I submitted that as well. I have now waited 10 business days for a response including emailing Krista 4 times without response. This company doesn't care about customer service. Don't use this app!

Try, just try to get a refund from the company when you arrive at the garage and it's too full to fit you in. There were texts attempts, emails sent and calls that they didn't even hear my story and they hung up. The company can be good if it works but if it doesn't work, good luck getting a refund. And just for the record I had to pay at another parking garage.

I would give no stars if possible. This business sold us a place that was locked up. Will not refund our $75. Do not use them! Look at all complaints on BBB site.

Park Whiz is a scam, horrible company. I'll spare you the details with our "campsite" overnight east of Denver in Limon, CO, but it was a disaster. Never buy from this company, total fraud.

I reserved parking in Chicago for three days. One day into my stay the garage closed for an indeterminate amount of time. This reservation was a park once and leave it reservation, but I happened to go to my car to drop something off only to find that there were no other cars on the garage and it was closed. Luckily, I was able to get my car out, but I had to find other parking. I filed a complaint with ParkWhiz and they asked for additional information, which I provided. It has been crickets since. I will never use ParkWhiz again! Terrible service. Best of luck to you if you decide to rely on PatkWhiz for your parking needs.

I purchased a parking ticket for Wednesday May 15th,2024 for the Dallas Wings games. I received parking ticket to park 3 miles away from the game. The address I was provided to park at was 1008 Harrison Ave. Arlington, TX 76011. That was 30 dollars that I wasted for parking. I had to pay again and parked closer to the stadium. I don't have 30 dollars to just give away.

Terrible Service, Deceptive Practices, and Nonexistent Customer Care Rating: ⭐ I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ParkWhiz, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I paid full price for a service that I never received, and to add insult to injury, I was turned away like a stray dog at their establishment. It took me a month of relentless pursuit just to get them to acknowledge their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. First and foremost, their so-called "service" is nonexistent. Despite shelling out my hard-earned money, I was left high and dry without even a semblance of the assistance I paid for. And what's worse? They had the audacity to turn me away at their doorstep, as if my patronage meant absolutely nothing to them. But wait, it gets better. Not content with just providing abysmal service, ParkWhiz decided to throw in a sneaky disclaimer buried in the fine print. Oh, you want to bring a van-sized vehicle? Well, that's going to cost you extra! Because apparently, hiking up the prices for larger vehicles wasn't enough of a cash grab for them. As if their lack of service and deceptive practices weren't enough, let's talk about their customer care. Or should I say, lack thereof? It took me a whole month of calling, emailing, and practically begging for them to acknowledge their wrongdoing. And even when they finally did, their apology felt about as genuine as a plastic flower. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and steer clear of ParkWhiz. They're a prime example of everything that's wrong with businesses today – greedy, deceitful, and utterly indifferent to the needs of their customers. Trust me, you're better off taking your business elsewhere.
