Amazing experience!! Thanks to Abigail Fantin and Maeve Johnson, I felt supported throughout the entire recruitment process. Several preparation calls leading up to the assessment centre, incredibly helpful advice and generally amazing conversations that left me feeling confident and inspired. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Big thank you to everyone at Pareto.
I had a great experience with this company thanks to the help of Levi Scothern. She helped me through all the steps and guided me to success! The company gives great help and is well structured. The assessment day went really well and the experience was amazing. Once again, I would like to thank Levi for all the help she has given me.
Pareto called me to discuss job opportunities last Friday, having seen my CV. After having a couple of phone conversations it seemed like a great opportunity and something I wanted to be involved in. The assessment day took place soon after, and the organisers did a fantastic job of running it and making everyone there feel very comfortable. Matt, my graduate manager, also helped me out this past week massively, and went above and beyond offering me help on bank holiday weekend out of hours.
A great enjoyable experience made even easier through help Abi provided, she was welcoming, supportive and very responsive to any questions I had. The assessment day was well structured and made easier when doing it alongside 20+ candidates like yourself. With all the help and tips I was provided by people like Abi I managed to be successful.
Absolutely great experience. Abi Fantin was always helpful and quickly responded to any questions. Abi kept in regular contact to ensure I was up to date with any information and prepared me to ensure I was successful. The assessment day was well planned out and a great experience to further build upon.
Sasha Blackshaw has been so lovely and amazing! Completely put me at ease throughout the whole process! Couldn’t thank her enough!!
I had a very nice experience in the beginning but was ignored in the end, after one interview (which was not bad). I even did not get an answer from the company... I am not relying on these companies and looking on my own for jobs, which is more successful ;)
My experience with Pareto was amazing thanks to Abigail Fantin. She was hugely informative, offering lots of guidance and support, answering any questions I had all whilst remaining super friendly and prepping me for the assessment day. The assessment day itself was interesting, engaging and fun!
My experience with Pareto has been great thanks to Alex Nicholson. Alex prepared me really well and answered any questions I had. She was friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable and put me forward for a great job, in which I was successful in getting. The Assessment day was fun, interesting and overall a good challenge.
my experience with Pareto has been fabulous, my point of contact was Abigail Fantin, and she has been very helpful throughout the application and job search process
Unfortunately, I have been incredibly dissatisfied by the recruitment process of Pareto. I was recently part of the final assessment for their Project Solutions Graduate Program, in which I was informed I was successful. I received the offer email the same day, requesting my information for HR to construct and address my contract. This was the last communication I had from Pareto, on 14th June 2022 . I emailed the Graduate contact several times to no avail, in addition to emailing my initial interviewer, and calling the main office only to be brushed off. This has left me with me with no recourse other than to move out of my flat, as I was unable to pay rent. The emotion stress this has caused is exacerbated by the audacity I haven't been contacted with any reasoning at all.
Great experience so far with all the team at Pareto. Following a telephone interview and a virtual assessment day, I have just received an offer onto the Pareto Project Solutions programme. Graduate manager Charlie Warren was super supportive throughout the whole process, outlining the assessment day and offering some great tips and advice. George Mellor, director of PPS, was extremely passionate about the programme and a great advocate on the assessment day, running a great Q&A and putting us all at ease.
Pareto law run is a very efficient operation to help place young professionals into excellent jobs. They have provided an excellent service for me. Carolyn in particular was extremely helpful. I highly recommend using them to help you find your next step.
Where to start… Pareto were the most supportive recruitment company I have ever been with. My Graduate Manager, Alex Nicholson was nothing but a huge help and showed me ongoing support throughout the whole recruitment process. Despite the job not being a suitable fit, she was so supportive and showed her faith in me. I could not fault her one bit. The day after, I had another call about a role that was even better than the first! Again, all the team at Pareto were a huge help, in particular Beth Holland who has supported through both applications. Today I landed my dream job with thanks to Beth!! Best team ever. 1000% recommend to any graduates looking to start their career.
Rob McCarthy at Pareto was fantastic, always checking in any questions I had were answered. Really great process and genuinely enjoyed the assessment day!
From the very first interaction, Pareto have been amazing. Their passion for what they do is so clear and it ensures that graduates like me have an excellent opportunity to enter the working world in a great way. Alex N was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and prepared for the assessment day which helped so much. She also made sure I was aware of all the details and was always available if I needed to ask questions or for her advice - really could not have asked for more from her. The assessment day was so interesting and unique. It was definitely challenging but it’s so clear that it prepares you for a role in sales. Getting to meet and interact with all those new people is an experience I’m glad I got to be a part of.
THANK YOU SO MUCH PARETO! I just want to truly thank Yoan Trangos for helping me get a graduate job less than 2 weeks as a recruitment consultant, which is a role I really wanted to pursue after university. Yoan made it happen for me, I cannot thank him enough! I almost lost hope finding jobs as I been looking for several months and I’ve been unsuccessful. I joined the Pareto Law company through their assessment day a week ago or so, which short after, I was successful which it was thanks to Robert McCarthy. Yoan became my Graduate Manager and got me 3 interviews between 1-2 days. Through his resilience, patience, efficiency, and friendliness he gave me best interview preparations and found me amazing potential companies to work with, and yesterday night I got an offer with my favourite one. He was there every step of the way, he believed in me and gave me the confidence I was missing. Now, I can happily and proudly say that I got my first corporate job ever right after university, with a role as well as company I’m very passionate about, and that’s all thanks to Yoan. I already referred not just the Pareto Law company, but Yoan as Graduate manager to 3 of my friends from university and I will continue to do so. Also, I wanted to give me a big thank you to my first Graduate Manager, Robert McCarthy as he was the one that introduced me to the company and prep me for the assessment day. Without him, I probably would've not been successful. He also, believed in me and the fact that he was confident that I could make it in the assessment day. Made me more relaxed to face the 26 amazing graduates I met that day. Last, but surely not least I wanted to give a big thank another amazing Graduate Manager Lizzie Brichard who also found me amazing roles and potential companies to work with. She also helped and supported me to prepare for the interviews and always looked for my best interest. To all of you, my amazing Graduate Managers I can never thank you enough. You made my experience at Pareto not only unique and worth it. As well as unforgettable and extremely rewarding. I learned a lot from all of you. A Very Special Thank you to Yoan Trangos, Lizzie Brichard and Robert McCarthy!
Everyone at Pareto was a delight to deal with. The process was explained perfectly by my Manager Alex N, she was detailed, thorough and an amazing motivator. Would recommend to any graduate - I was offered a job on the same day as the interview. Quick and Speedy Process!
Really happy with the service and support that Pareto offered me. I was dealing with a guy called Mathew Mills and he was very informative and supportive when providing information regarding the company,
I was first contacted by Pareto because I had (accidentally) applied for a position that was advertised and I didn't realise was a recruitment ad. I initially dodged their calls because I realised who they were and what they did and I didn't think I was interested. However, I eventually thought "I'm not losing anything by replying" so I did. And I have to say I've had a really great experience. Sales was never something I thought I'd be interested in, and to be honest, I'm not. I just want an intellectually stimulating job that funds a lifestyle I want. I don't live to work. This will be relevant later. I got through to the assessment day and I honestly had a great time during it. If you don't take yourself too seriously, do your research, be yourself and have more than 2 braincells you can easily be successful. After this I had an email from my graduate recruiter asking to write a review. That's why there are so many reviews with very little content and their graduate recruiters names. I then took that opportunity to read the negative reviews and I instantly got disheartened hearing all the people who were successful at their assessment day and then never got a call. But I did, about an hour later and then I moved on through the process, and I feel for the people who never got a call back as that must have been gutting. And I will say who I have spoken with from Pareto because they are both lovely people and very helpful and if by saying their names in a review they can get a little bonus than good for them. My graduate recruiter is called Matthew Mills and my relationship manager is Lauren Kelly. So... the next steps. I was set up with an interview with a company. Had a bit of a ball ache getting down there as I am about to move to the city in the coming weeks so I had to travel for the interview. Since the companies work with Pareto, they know that Pareto did most of the leg work on the assessment day so during these interviews they just want to 'get to know you'. Lauren gave me some great advice which I will pass on here. Don't be shy to state your motivation in life, not your career, but why you want the money. Do you want to save for a house? Save for a holiday you've always wanted to go on. Or just a fancy pair of shoes that caught your eye. They want to hear why you will go 'above and beyond' to earn that extra commission. They want to know you'll be a good product. Secondly, don't be afraid to close the interview. Wrap up your questions to them (and you should bring questions) and then thank them for the opportunity. That being said, I was not successful in this interview. While they thought I was 'energetic' and a 'pleasure to be in the company of', I was not going to lie and say that I worship the almightly sales god. I was honest and said that Pareto had reached out to me and after a bit of research about sales as an industry I thought it would be a good fit for my skillset and charisma. This apparently could have been a turn-on but in this case it was a turn-off. Brilliant. So I will hopefully continue to work with Pareto and keep in contact with them as new opportunities come their way and mine. And I will continue the job search on my own as well. I have very much enjoyed the process, the assessment day was great fun (I did have a laugh and if you go on one two you'll see what I mean) and I enjoyed meeting the Pareto people that I met. But also don't be afraid to do an oscar-worthy performance of 'I'm a good little wage-slave and I will eat, sleep and drink sales as that's all I live for'. It will get you places. I wish you all the best :)
