Amazing service from start to finish, with so much support and guidance from my amazing supervisor Alex who was so helpful throughout the whole process!! Overall I really enjoyed the whole experience and would thoroughly recommend this recruitment agency to other graduates!

Excellent service and efficiency from the Pareto team helped me secure a position. It still feels surreal! This was my first assessment day ever, the Pareto team guided me to the best of their ability. With regular calls, emails, and updates which kept me well informed of what to prepare and when everything was scheduled. Huge thanks to Abigail Fantin.

Great company with transparent process. James was looking after me we came in contact Friday and by Monday he got me a job, he explained everything clearly and precise. He wanted to get you recruited and wasn’t thinking about next candidates! Overall he was extremely efficient and clear which is not always the case with recruitment companies, can not over state enough the level of great service he displayed! Thank you James.

I applied for a placement with Pareto. I passed the phone interview and the assessment day. At the end of the assessment day, I was told that I would receive a call the following day to finalise details. I received no call so I sent an email to the graduate manager who said I would receive a call in the next few days. After a week I chased them up again with another email to then receive a call which I was unable to answer as I was in work, however the manager left a voicemail and said to reply to her email with my availability… I never received an email from her. After several weeks of chasing I managed to get through and was told there were no more spaces left when a few weeks earlier I was told there were no limits to the number of placements they were offering! I was also made aware on this final phone call that there were meant to be 2 more assessments, which all 5 members of staff involved in the application process failed to mention. In a very patronising way I was told to carry on my search for a placement although I had stopped applying for several weeks after being told I was successful. If they communicated in a professional way I could have saved myself a lot of time, stress and upset. I also feel like a lot of the phone calls could have been written in emails, not everyone has the time to answer phone calls straight away every day (which you’re expected to because they don’t answer when you call or when you leave voicemails), so that there is no evidence of how unprofessional they are.

I was looking for a job and sending out my application to lots of agencies and job opportunities. I then received an email and call from Matt from the Pareto office in Manchester and he contacted me about an opportunity in sales. The company he was recommending me for was one in Leeds and so I then talked to Tobias in the Leeds office. Both were so lovely and Matt was particularly helpful for the job interview preparation. I then succeeded and received the job offer.

Insanely great help from Matt Mills! Sadly this wasn’t the right role for me but I have to seriously commend Matt for the professionalism and help throughout the entire assessment process. Made time for myself as an applicant, around the clock - far, far better than most grad schemes I have been interviewing with.

After passing the Pareto assesment day I was instantly told feedback and offered many job interviews for different companies. The whole team at Pareto really made the experience great and Alex really helped me by getting me prepared for the day which led to me passing!

Though I did not get a role, I had a really good experience at the interview. The whole process was really well structured. However, I do feel they select more vocal and authoritative candidates which is fair and has clearly been a success for them. You really have to project your voice which can be tough when you are naturally soft spoken. It was great to have an opportunity to talk on how you should present yourself at future interviews. Huge thanks to James for his support during the whole process!

Couldn't be happier! Amazing support from start to finish from Abigail F! Really made the experience a lot less stressful than I thought by really outlining what to expect for the virtual assessment day. Also gave me some great feedback and what to look forward to now that I have passed the assessment!

I was lucky enough to only need to attend one of Pareto’s Assessment days as I got the job on the day; But in my experience, everyone was really friendly and welcoming, and helped make the day as fun and relaxed as possible. The recruiters I worked with were all really helpful and gave me some great tips for presenting myself on the day. The whole process was actually really quick and I’m very grateful to them for helping me get the job!

Want to say the guys at Pareto really have the best interest for graduates with help during the process to reassure us all. In particular Matt Mills, he was my graduate manager and he has been excellent in keeping in contact and answering any questions I may have had either during the day or the days leading up to it. Look forward to the next steps with them and would recommend getting in touch, as what I said previously they only have good intentions and want the best possible outcome for us .

I had a good experience with a Pareto employee during my job search. Although, I did not get the role this individual was very kind, respectful and helpful during the leadup to my assessment and after. He was fast in his responses as well. His name is James Moore and I would highly recommend anyone searching for a job in sales to seek him out at Pareto.

Had an enjoyable experience taking part in Pareto’s virtual assessment day. James Moore was really friendly and supportive in helping me prepare for the day and offering me feedback. Although unsuccessful, I had a fun and valuable experience, which allowed me to self-reflect and focus on where I can improve in future applications.

The whole process was straightforward and I was guided carefully throughout. My point of contact, Alex Nicholson, was particularly helpful, making sure that I had all the right information at every step. The online assessment centre was well organised and everyone there was very friendly!

I applied for a graduate Sales Exc. position on 'Give a Grad A Go' and quickly heard back from Pareto. I completed two phone interviews on the same day followed by an assessment day one week later. My Pareto graduate manager was extremely friendly and chatty from the beginning to make me feel at ease with the process. Before the assessment day, I had a further two phone calls to help me, give me tips, advice and reassurance before the big day. The assessment day, despite going into it a little nervous, was very friendly and relax for such a competitive situation. I was, thankfully, successful and I look forward to having an exciting career thanks to Pareto. Overall, I've dealt with many graduate agencies and Pareto has been, by some distance, the most helpful and friendly I've came across.

My experience of Pareto has been excellent! My graduate manager was Alex Nicholson and she was amazing. She provided a lot of support through the whole process, from the initial call right through to the pitch preparation and assessment day, which was so reassuring! On the assessment day the experience was really great with a lot of opportunity to showcase your skills! Right after that assessment day was over I was told I had been selected to work for Pareto and I am now undergoing training to be a Client Success Manager. The training and support I have been given more recently has been excellent! I would definitely recommend the company and the assessment process as they really put their candidates first and it’s a great experience :)

Pareto is a very strange company to deal with. From day one you are bombarded with calls from graduate managers, all of them trying to get you to attend an assessment day. They leave the impression of being very pushy salespeople. After being invited to a virtual assessment day, I was helped with prep calls, explaining how the assessment day works etc. The whole assessment day was actually a good experience and would recommend attending one if given the opportunity. It gave me quite a bit of experience with the general assessment day format and was told at the end of the day I had been successful. 2 days later that was the end of the good experiences with Pareto, constant phone calls, trying to push me to take interviews with companies which were far beyond what I specified I was interested in. I ended up just ignoring their calls and not returning emails, they were simply too annoying and pushy to deal with. I finally managed to stop the constant calls by telling them I managed to find a job elsewhere, which was met with a very offended-sounding manager. If you do get offered a spot on an assessment day, I'd say accept purely for the experience. But I wouldn't put all hopes on them finding you a suitable job. They seem too focussed on getting you in the first position they get, to just simply meet their quota. As a whole, a very pushy company, who don't seem to have your best interests in mind.

I've had a great experience with Pareto. All their representatives have been incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. They've have had an "all go" attitude and really want to progress you in roles that will suit your ambitions. I've been particularly impressed with James Moore and Lizzie who have been fantastic.

I am extremely thankful and impressed by my experience with Pareto. James (graduate manager) was extremely caring and did everything he could to assist me. He explained how each stage would work along with many helpful tips. Overall, I was very impressed by the process and would recommend to other graduates.
