Had a great experience with Pareto. My graduate manager Sasha Blackshaw made the process from start to finish very simple and stress free. Would suggest Pareto to anyone, especially graduates wanting to get into a sales career

My experience with Pareto was really good, my recruiter Joe was very informative and in constant contact prepping me for the assessment day. Whilst I did not get the original position I was able to successfully complete their assessment day meaning they would continue to help me secure interviews. Overall great experience.

Avoid this company at all costs if you are an end client. We were completely mis-sold and in order for them to make their sale and despite multiple questions at the outset, the reality 6 months later has proven to be completely different. Absolutely zero value for money and a terrible company to work with. We will not use them again and I'd advise others to stay well clear.

An amazing experience. I was coached through the process by Joe who was 10/10 from start to finish. He called me to check I was prepared for the assessment day. Great communication from start to finish, thank you very much!

I was booked in for a call before my assessment centre, and the person who booked it didn't bother joining the meeting which they organised themselves... twice! I had to send an email myself to find out whether the call was going ahead, without any apologies or re-scheduling. Absurd that this happened twice. You would think they would have the courtesy to not do this twice, and leave me hanging. Fast forward to my assessment centre, which was 8 hours of hell. The beginning consists of asking every single person 'tell us about your greatest non-academic achievement'. You would think this would take 2 minutes... the host kept on asking questions over and over again, such as 'and why was that your biggest achievement?' and 'and why was that'. Incredibly unnecessary questions which ended up taking nearly 2 hours for 12 people... We could have got it over and done with within under half an hour. It's almost like they dragged this out deliberately so this could take as long as possible, when they already got all the answers they needed in the first 2 minutes. Overall, this has to be the worst assessment centre I have attended. Poor organisation, unnecessarily long, and lacking engagement.

Want to thank the team and Pareto and especially Alex Nicholson. I was on the job hunt for a long time and thought I should give up until I got a call from Alex. She was friendly and personable throughout the whole process and within 4 days of the assessment centre I have a job offer on the table. Pareto are incredibly lucky to have her.

I was thinking that Pareto would not be very attentive because I am in Spain, I was wrong! Alex and Sarah were incredible at getting me ready for the interview day and it was a smooth and very good process. I loved meeting everyone and it was a friendly business to work with.

I called up Pareto myself as I didn't want to wait for someone to contact me and I wanted the ball moving pretty quickly. I got through to Abi who I have been in regular contact with throughout the process. She was really friendly and helpful from the very start. Abi was very efficient and understood my needs and what I wanted out of this. I had a few phone calls with her to discuss the whole process and she sent me all the relevant information and help I needed for the assessment day. On the assessment day the overall experience was pleasant. It’s very laid back and comfortable and everyone is very welcoming. It was quite a long day overall but I definitely learned a lot. At the end we were put into groups and informed of we got through or not. To my delight I had !! I would like to thank everyone for the opportunity and I appreciate all the help I have had along the way. Abi has been a pleasure to deal with.

Joseph Keyworth was amazing throughout the process, coached me through from beginning to end and the amount of support I received was second to none, I wish I could go through the process again as it was one could only hope for when looking to start a career! A++ for Pareto.

Spent all my time preparing for an assessment day , they had a representative prep me and everything. At the end of the assessment day they put a few of us in a call and said we were unsuccessful no idea why . When I asked for feedback I never received a reply . Even though they said they’d call everyone and give feedback . The group of people ‘rejected’ were all the black and Asians . It felt like discrimination. Especially when they can’t even tell us why . Very strange experience and ‘interview’ process .

I found that the whole process ran smoothly. I was helped a lot by Matt in regards to preparation for the assessment day and felt up to the task.

The recruitment process was very easy and efficient. Tom Rushworth was really good in guiding me throughout the entire process and what to expect. Even though I did not get the offer , I did pass the pareto assessment centre and was offered different roles with different clients. I highly recommend graduates who are looking to break into the tech industry to use pareto .

My experience with Pareto was excellent. Abigail Fantin contacted me and I had a phone interview before she provided me with the details for the assessment day. She was able to advise me what to expect and this helped me prepare. The assessment day itself was very enjoyable. It was interesting to see so many people with potential describing their achievements and putting themselves across so well. The assessors were very welcoming and engaging, it felt more like a huge group call. There were tests along the way but I'm very happy to say that I passed the assessment day and have an interview on Friday with a Pareto client.
