He ensured that throughout the process I received regular feedback on my thoughts and ideas as well as addressing and answering all concerns and questions I had. He ensured that I was fully prepared for my assessment day with feedback and tips and tricks and made the whole process clear and easy to follow. The assessment day was well structured and engaging and provided me with great feedback that I could take into future interviews and roles. I had an amazing and seamless experience with Pareto. My graduate manager Christian Thomason was very helpful! We had an initial phone interview, did a competency test and after passing those I was invited to a virtual assessment day. He regularly contacted me prior to the day through emails and phone calls to prepare me for the interview. I also received some guidance from Lauren Kelly at this stage with a zoom meeting to help me with my 3 minute pitch. Assessment day came and the company offered me the job there and then at the end of the day. Within the space of a week I had my initial phone call with Chris, had my assessment day and have now signed the contract for my new graduate role. I’m extremely happy with the services Pareto provided and would definitely recommend!

I was asked to write a review by a graduate manager who I came in contact with. I want to be as honest as possible. I was invited to an assessment day by a graduate manager called Robert. He was a very helpful individual who stayed in constant contact to prepare me for the day. We worked on interview techniques, pitch techniques, and ran through what to expect on the day. This gave me good experience. I then took part in a virtual assessment day, which I was successful in. The day involved getting to know other candidates, taking part in a group task, giving a 3 minute pitch / interview, and then talking to someone who already works at Pareto. The day involved lots of sitting around and listening which can be frustrating at times. With that being said, I gained a fair bit of experience from this assessment day. I did have a few issues with what assessors said at the assessment day. There was a clear focus on wanting candidates who were motivated by only money, which felt a little dystopian. I'm not suggesting this is a bad thing, but I would have liked that focus to be more on flexible working and other benefits. After I was told that I was successful, the assessors told us that there would be specific feedback on our pitch / interview in the coming days. I never received this feedback. Despite this, I have been contacted about job opportunities, however so far none of these have been suitable. Overall, I would give Pareto a 3/5.

My experience with Pareto was easy and fulfilling. The staff are extremely friendly and you can tell they want the best for you! I had levi Scothern, who was super supportive and friendly and she made me feel at easy throughout the interview process. Thank you Pareto for helping me get to where i am now! Highly recommend.

Throughout the assessment day, I was always welcomed by really kind staff. I enjoyed meeting the candidates as well as the group introductions and exercises. What I also appreciated was the kind advice of the Pareto Representative who contacted me! She went through all the necessary tips and advice that I needed and answered any question she could with precision. I really loved talking to someone who was kind and understanding of my nervous feeling - she did a really good job calming that and reassuring me I would do well! Would highly recommend going through Pareto in order to find a job. It made the application process so much easier and also faster, so I wasn't wasting time delivering CV after CV after CV.

Robert McCarthy was a very friendly and helpful pareto employee that helped me get an interview and succeed in my interview with pareto. Its a very long process but still entertaining and opens so many doors!

Went through the assessment day with Bethany sayers as my graduate manager - she was so supportive and helpful and was always available for any questions I may of had. The day was really good and went smoothly and came with lots of feedback and support!

The whole assessment experience from the initial phone assessment to the virtual assessment was very pleasant and surprisingly relaxed. A lot of help and resources were provided to me by my graduate manager, Carolyn Mahy. These included an example pitch and a prep call. She was also very patient and welcoming whenever I contacted her for help and guidance. The virtual assessment was very relaxed and run smoothly. The assessment included an intro (+ a famous person we are inspired by and our greatest non-academic achievement), a group task and a 3 minute pitch with 1-2 questions after. We received our results very quickly and I was contacted the same day by my graduate manager with feedback, which I really appreciated.

Went through the assessment day and found it really enjoyable and informative. Pareto were really supportive throughout the whole process. Would like to give a big thank you to Abigail Fantin, who was my supervisor and who gave me advice on my pitch and presentation skills. Her advice was really vital for improving my skills and passing the assessment day.

I had a great time working with the representatives at Pareto Law in the beginning to find remote work until I went through the assessment day and did not hear back from anyone afterward. I called, emailed, and left voice messages, but never heard back. Whether I got the job or not, a courtesy call would have been nice to inform me. This is clearly unprofessional, and I am really disappointed because I enjoyed working with the reps.

Pareto were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. My recruiters Alex Nicholson and Nelson Chipasha were so helpful finding me a job suitable for myself and giving me all the information, reassurance and confidence i needed in preparation for my assessments. Very efficient and professional process right from my application on the company's website, through to the assessment centre. My recruiter, Alex Nicholson, was extremely helpful throughout my application and ensured I was well prepared for each stage of the process. The assessment centre was roughly similar to previous ones which I had attended and if anything it was more personal. I enjoyed learning about the other applicants which helped make our group task easier. The day ran from 9:30am - 14:00pm and by this time we had been told that we were successful. Overall, Pareto has been the best application process which I have experienced, every staff member which I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful, they really want you to be successful.
