My first time using Pack & Send, so I was a bit nervous, especially since I completed the transactions strictly online. Even though used during the busiest time of the year, it went very smoothly. I received a Tax Invoice/Receipt immediately with tracking numbers. They advised me when each package was delivered--which seemed in a blink of the eye. A little gouge to the wallet, but I am very impressed.
Heaviest package yet that I have sent from WA (Australia) to QLD (Australia). 20kg. Arrived on time in the period I had been advised. Easy local drop off.
Parcel is always delivered promptly and safely. My son lives in the US and we find this service is our “go to”! Staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. : )

The service was smooth and timely. The parcel was collected on Thursday in Australia and arrived in China on the following Monday. It was very impressive!

(Fremantle WA) Got a great quote, and a friendly follow up online from Mike (had to delay as You Know Who were having a mailing issue), so got all packed up, took it to Emma who was incredibly efficient and helpful, and answered all my questions. Happy to leave my goods with them for interstate delivery, much faster and better value than You Know Who, and I have confidence that the parcel won’t just be flung at my son’s front veranda for ease of stealing by anyone passing (like YKW). I’d definitely recommend the Fremantle branch - easy parking and easy to find. The actual price was a bit more than the online quote I’d done, but that’s on me for googling the wrong size suitcase to send. Still absolutely happy with the value and service. They’re my go-to from now on. Thank you!

Ordered for a pick up and delivery service. The web site said the next pick up schedule is the next day afternoon. I thought for a few bucks extra it was worth to pay and get it picked up. One week later, still no schedule for the pick up and worse, yesterday I called and asked for a refund the lady immediately said she can see it in the system that a pick up is already scheduled for yesterday. Today I called and another lady said, she will contact the courier for urgent pick up and get back to me. What a rubbish company. UPDATE: 18 Dec (3 weeks after first order - still waiting for my refund. The contact center now automatically drops my call, I got through when I block my caller ID). WIll see if this company will actually provide refund. In the mean time I used another courier company and it came to pick up the package the next day and its also cheaper.

Drove 1 hr to.drop of the package and was told it would be $374 after getting an $89 quote on the website to ship a 5 kg from pakenham to torquay. That estimate only applies when they pick it up at your house apparently. No, they would not take it even though it was packaged and labeled. So home we went and scheduled a pickup. The driver would turn up between 9 am to 5pm. They did not pick it up. A surly person on the phone said it was clear on the website they were not responsible for when they picked up the package. Well, the package sat out on our doorstep for 10 days waiting for pick up while another surly phone person assured me that they were not responsible for a stolen package and did not recommend leaving it out. We should drop it off at the depot apparently. 15 days to get across Melbourne for $90. A big totally dysfunctional company who managed only to train their employees to say “ not responsible “ to any form of customer service with enough subtle hostility that you wonder how much they like working for Pack and Send.

The order was picked up a month later after being booked. After many emails back and forth and me constantly chasing you the items were finally picked up. These items were being sent back to someone has a return so the delay looked bad on us.
Very easy dropoff when booked online. Fast delivery with no problems.
